I want to share my excellent experience with the **Houston Humane Society** after scheduling a spay procedure for our dog, Blanquita. From my very first phone call to the follow-up after her procedure, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

When I first called to schedule Blanquita's procedure, I spoke with Diana, who was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and helpful. Her compassionate approach immediately reassured me that Blanquita would be in good hands.

**A Smooth and Well-Organized Check-In**
On the day of the procedure, we arrived early. Right at 8:00 AM, the doors opened, and the staff promptly guided everyone through the check-in process. Everything was well organized, smooth, and efficient.
Mayra assisted us with check-in and was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the process quick and stress-free.
**Excellent Medical Care and Follow-Up**
We returned at 4:00 PM to pick up Blanquita. The staff explained how the procedure had gone (everything went well!), provided her medications, and carefully reviewed the post-operative instructions.
What impressed me even more was what happened afterward. The following morning, I received a phone call checking on Blanquita's recovery. Later that afternoon, around 5:30 PM, they even left a detailed voicemail reviewing her care instructions and offering additional assistance if needed.
Honestly, I have rarely experienced this level of attention, professionalism, and follow-up, even at private veterinary clinics.
**Another Five-Star Experience—Vaccination Visit**
More recently, I took Blanquita back to the Houston Humane Society for a vaccination, and once again, the experience was five-star! The service was excellent, and I was very pleased with the entire visit.
I also want to highlight their affordable prices. It is wonderful to find an organization that combines professional veterinary care, genuine compassion, excellent customer service, and reasonable pricing.
