We were able to get an appointment almost instantly, Becky came out and redesigned the kitchen in literally a few hours she gave me helpful advice and everything was super easy

I wanted a new kitchen, but also wanted a few quotes. I obtained 3 quotes, I chose Howdens for a couple of reasons.
1. The quality was awesome for the price
2.Shelby like the other 2 companies came out to my home to start my quote. She measured my kitchen just like the others, but what she didn’t do was badger me for a sale. She made me appointment to go to her office where I could see all the different types etc.
She took the time to plan my kitchen online so I could see what my new kitchen would look like.
It was so nice to have the sales pitch as a choice, no words of if you buy today we can offer you this etc.
I have to admit that I thought the online pictures were way better than the kitchen in my home. Wow no my kitchen looks as good as the photos, thank you Shelby and the rest of the team you all do an amazing job. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks about my kitchen

I found all the staff at Howden's Ebbw Vale very friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Shelby my designer is a lovely person and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the designing of my kitchen. Great communication from all staff and I would highly recommend their service.

we recently just bought a kitchen from howdens, our advisor was Rebecca she was so so helpful in picking our kitchen with us, I’m really indecisive with everything and she reassured me everything will look as lovely as it did on the picture that was put up for us on our look on the kitchen, we had it fitted yesterday and it looks amazing just like she said! Couldn’t have had a better advisor, if you go to howdens ask for Rebecca, she will get you the best kitchen of what you want and do everything she can to help you choose!

We had such a great experience working with Becky at Howdens – she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Our home is a charming (but very wonky) old cottage, full of wobbly walls and uneven nooks, and Becky took it all in stride. She came over to measure everything so professionally, taking real care to make sure nothing was missed, and then helped us design a kitchen that’s not only beautiful but works perfectly with the quirks of our space.

She made us feel completely at ease and genuinely excited about the whole process. Even though it took us a little while to line up a builder, Becky was endlessly patient and always happy to jump back in and help us pick things up again.

Honestly, if Becky could design every room in our house, I’d ask her to do it in a heartbeat! She’s a real gem and we’re so grateful for all her help.

Purchased a kitchen for one of my properties from Howdens ebbw vale and absolutely appalled by the quality of the worktops, literally lasted 6 months before having to be replaced due to a little moisture.
When contacting them I was met with an obnoxious manager who told me that they should not be subjected to water? A kitchen worktop?
