I have been using Howdens in Hainault for the last several years, the staff are very knowledgeable helpful and extremely friendly who are not shy of coming out of their usual range to help customers getting the best value and products

Good quality, value for money 'off the shelf' kitchen.
Good liaison with very helpful shop staff. Could easily change things when not needed or client had changed their mind.
Could actually talk to the same person who knows their products for advise each time we went in the shop unlike some other stores.

Ordered and paid in full for the Kitchen. Paul, Sue and staff at the depot very helpful and efficient. Delivery driver very good. Found one base unit missing when kitchen delivered warehouse. Collected. Unpacked the Butler sink - wrong. Had to drive too two depots to get the right one. Fitted decorative plinths ( x 5 ) which were supplied with kitchen. Wrong batch. Check all that is delivered, open boxes if need be, a little shambolic.

The delivery arrived some parts pieces were missing, and when we enquired about them then they had to be re-ordered and had to wait sometimes a week for them to arrive, plus they didn't deliver the missing parts we had to go and collect them ourselves from their store, we did that several times.

Company and sales team always make an effort to get you a good price and this is valuable as it makes you feel like you want to shop there more often. Customer service translates to good prices to clients also

I called through to the hainault branch on a weds for skirt and a standard door. Lady (didn't get name) told me the door will be at branch the next day. I said thats fine as my old man will collect it Friday. Friday comes and when he gets there no door. Be there for Monday. He goes back Monday midday still no door. The Branch state the next day. I call up and tell the branch thats not on and Jason who is the reason why its two stars not one as his the only person who when states a day, item he delivers agreed that the door will be delivered to me. Door arrives, wrong door and when I call the branch I could understand that Jason did not mess up the delivery of the door as it was the person in the warehouse as I could hear his frustration on the phone.
I stopped using the Bow branch due to incompetent people and to be honest it's due to the females working there not knowing the products and promising something and not delivering. I hope Hainault do not go down the same path.

Purchased doors flooring can’t recommend them enough Susan is so helpful and pleasant

Be better if they could price match or give better trade discounts I would use howdens more often

Extremely helpful and cheerful staff at every visit, especially Sue, Jason and Wendy. This is especially so at the Hainault branch, in comparison. I was allowed to take home samples for 4 days! No grumbles about changes and returns. Very patient on the length of time I took to complete my kitchen. Years.

I used Howdens in Hainault for the first time let my customer go there and order some doors and handles etc
When they delivered the doors for a fee of 50 pound when not even a mile away which she wasn’t happy about
One of the doors was badly damaged
Only realised when the packaging was coming off
We rang Howdens up on the Saturday for a replacement and they said they look like the rest are damaged but they need to double check bare in mind they shut at 12 o clock I had no call back so got to 11-30 I had to ring them and chase them up what’s going on
They said they are all damaged but I could have a water damaged door they said
And they won’t charge another 50 pound for delivery
Me and the customer was not impressed and said no we want a door that’s not damaged
Then they said we can go to Dagenham who also shut at 12 to pick one up when 50 pound was already paid
They said Tuesday will be when the door will be delivered
So I wasn’t happy and asked to speak to the manager Paul he wasn’t back in till the Wednesday lady said he will call you then
And guess what he didn’t call

So far from happy and I will be thinking twice about using Howdens again

Yes there always very helpful at the Hainault branch. If they haven't got it in stock they normally get it within two days

Jason at Howdens Hainault was so helpful advising us on planning our new kitchen, very friendly and informative.

Excellent customer service. Good advice on products. Helped me through selecting and ordering.Kept me updated all through till order was delivered. Very good team in office and at pick up points. Very well coordinated.
