Got our quotes and changes back to us so quickly and happily made changes for us. We are thrilled with how our kitchen came out and really enjoying living in it now!

Meriel designed our new utility room and she made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. She immediately understood what we wanted when she visited our house and made us the computerised images. We now have a gorgeous, stylish utility! Highly recommend Howdens but particularly Meriel who is knowledgeable, efficient and professional!

Everything good about price for buying tools

I bought a hob from Howden in Mill Hill. I was clear that I did not know if it would be needed until the plumber arrived and that if the existing could be fixed I would be returning the item unopened. They said this was fine. The guy in the Mill Hill shop was incredibly helpful in every way and even put it in my car for me. Fortunately for me, the existing hob was able to repaired. I then returned the item and another lovely person in the office helped me with taking it back. So I can't comment on the hob itself but the service and helpfulness of the staff at Mill Hill was second to none. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service from Meriel when designing and buying a new kitchen. Meriel guided me through the process with great knowledge and skill, without any pressure. I was particularly grateful that she accommodated my new kitchen around my existing worktop. She was also always available to answer any questions and make alterations. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend Howdens Mill Hill!

Just wow. Howdens were amazing. Meriel led the development of our kitchen and the flooring throughout our flat and it just completely exceeded our expectations. She was amazing, her customer service was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of renovating a property or wanting new flooring and a new kitchen.
