Sid was really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I previously bought a kitchen from Howdens and had such a good experience that I’ve come back to buy another one. Sid took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress free.

From the first time we walked in and met Sid we were well impressed. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to ensure that every little detail of our requirement was addressed. There was no time pressure at all and the illustrations were perfect for us to make our decision.

From the beginning Sid guided us through the design of our kitchen and chosen appliances with patience and professionally. Moreover, during the process of installing our kitchen, he was there with us by answering any queries and accommodating any changes that we asked for.
The other staff as well were very helpful and amiable.

From start to finish the experience of dealing with Howdens Ruislip, and with Sid in particular was excellent.
He guided me thought the design, kitchen units and appliance selection process patiently and expertly. He also recommended a first rate kitchen fitter, Justin. As the fitting progressed, Sid proactively called to check progress and my level of satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Howdens Ruislip and Sid.

Excellent service

We had our kitchen designed by Howden and Sid our designer was extremely helpful with ideas and planning the layout. He was accommodating when we had to make changes to the final design and gave useful suggestions. Based on the service we would recommend Howdens Ruislip.

I purchased a kitchen from Howdens Ruislip recently - Sid was incredibly professional, patient and always made himself available. I had multiple consultations with Sid before agreeing the design. The kitchen was delivered on time and Howdens were very accommodating. Very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Sid!

Reason for this is the branch at Ruislip customer service is much better then Hayes and more helpful

at the south Ruislip branch the desk service was great friendly and helpful

The salesman and his manager threatened to delete my account if I didn't sign a contract by end of October 2025. They kept applying pressure of increasing their price after that. That threat contravenes GDPR regulations of this country. I told them to go ahead. Have now started negotiating with WREN Kitchens. Turned out to be a blessing because their price is cheaper
Update 3 Nov 2025: An email was sent to them on 27 Oct with copy to the Regulators for Trading Standards, GDPR and FCA with evidence. Got a response the following day with comments: "Howdens takes all feedback very seriously and we would like to assure you that your comments have been noted and passed to the relevant people for further investigation." They forgot to include the Regulators so I forwarded it to them. Not sure if their investigation means it is internal and therefore not for us. It is a week now and it seems they may need a month or a year to complete this.

A massive shout out to Ed Gibbs and Nick from the Ruislip Howdens Branch. There after service care and customer service was exemplary. They really helped me out of a very difficult situation and done all they could to make the installation go as smoothly as possible. Thank you once again guys, Franco

Designing our howdens kitchen was such an enjoyable experience! Harry was so helpful - he listened to what we wanted but also suggested things he felt would work based on his experience. We ended up going with suggestions for our island and we couldn’t be happier! Harry was quick to respond when we had questions or wanted to make changes.

We are happy with the quality of all aspects of the kitchen - units, hardware and worktops. The return service when we had ordered a unit we then decided against was easy. Overall would really recommend going with howdens for your kitchen!

Good product

Harry at Howden’s made designing our first kitchen such an easy and enjoyable experience. We had no clue what we were doing, but he was patient from start to finish (even when we changed our minds a hundred times!). He gave honest advice on price vs. quality, worked within our budget, and found clever solutions for tricky spots like our awkward staircase.

Now the kitchen’s fitted, every guest says it looks like something from a magazine. It’s become the heart of our home and we absolutely love hosting in it. Couldn’t recommend Harry more!

Seamless process from start to finish. All the staff are very helpful in the Ruislip branch and a special mention to Harry Walker who helped us design our dream kitchen. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Howdens! Great service and selection of kitchens.
