The Sraff as always at Howdens were very friendly and knowledgeable. Kirsten who dealt with my kitchen units was excellent. There was a small problem with some missing brackets but that was very quickly sorted out. The quality of the Howdens units are excellent as usual.And the customer was very happy with the finished job. Well done Howdens.

I’ve had to drop my score down to one, and it’s nothing to do with the kitchen itself. I was on this platform and left a two-star review because, yet again, the order was messed up for the second time. I’ve ordered the kitchen twice now, both times at 2 o’clock, and the prices were wrong. Fair enough, they resolved that, but it took them about three or four days, which shouldn’t happen in the first place. On top of that, my guys had to go back to take bits back and reorder new parts, which is a bit of a joke really. Now I’ve been told I can’t continue with the closing down process because I left a bad review. Two times I’ve ordered the kitchen, two times it’s been wrong. Can’t seem to get anything right in the shop. The customer service is poor, ringing me up and telling me my account’s going to be closed simply because I left a bad review. This is completely unacceptable.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Howden Staines branch for helping us create our dream kitchen. From start to finish, the service was brilliant, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

A special thank you to Stef, our designer who listened to our ideas, created a beautiful design and went above and beyond by visiting our home to ensure everything was perfect.

Thank you to Dray, the store manager for making the time available for Stef to carry out the home design visit. We were working to a tight deadline and your flexibility and support made all the difference.

The service was so exceptional that my daughter also chose to have her kitchen designed and supplied by the same team, and she has been just as delighted with the result!

From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcome and looked after. Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and happy to help throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions and never once made us feel like we were bothering them which made the experience stress-free.

From the initial design through to the finished kitchen everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The communication was excellent and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about delivering the best possible outcome.

We’re absolutely delighted with the quality of the kitchen and the level of customer service we received. A huge thank you to everyone at the Howdens Staines branch. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

I think your Fenton howdens is the worst store ever the weman are the biggest liers I have ever come across and I will never use howdens again and believe me when I tell you they are going to lose a lot off trade now I have body cama footage off the lining little fake shits and its going all over the Internet so you can see for your south let see wont you do then even going to the papers with it they can't belive the footage kept it for just this to put howdens in there place

Ordered kitchen from them four months ago, staff were very friendly but an item was missing from the order.
I have been multiple times to the store to ask where this is and every time I go, I am told that it will come next week. That was 3 months ago.
Basically being fobbed off like an utter fool.

Had to install 2 Howdens kitchens for a client. What a horrible experience. They were sold under-counter sinks with wooden worktops Big nono, those sinks only work with stone-based worktops. Fitted them as normal in-counter sinks so had to make adjustments to the cupboards for it to work.One kitchen is U-shape, the other L-shaped but no blinding panels for the corner units were provided. Both dishwashers had feet that are too short to reach the worktop so had to make two bases for them to sit on. Installation instructions were minimal, basically had to figure out how everything went together myself.
Never again installing a Howdens kitchen. And neither should you.

I bought an exterior door frame which I must say was excellent quality and value for money.
Sadly the ledge and brace door was very poor considering the price. It was only stapled together and that was not very good, along with the braces not secured at all and the whole door needed to be refixed. As it was Saturday afternoon I had to work with it as it had to be fitted for security.

It was great to do the deal with Richard but the manager wasn’t very good to give me the deal I think I would have got better deal with other Howden depot then this one I will shop somewhere else on my next purchase
