We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Howdens. The quality is outstanding, and it has completely transformed our home. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, and everything exceeded our expectations.
A special thank you to Mark Evans at Howdens Berwyn for his exceptional service. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and his advice and attention to detail made choosing and planning our kitchen so easy. Especially when we had trouble with an electrical appliance, he kept himself informed throughout the process liaising on our behalf.

From design to fitting Howdens have provided me with an exceptional level of service. I would like to say a warm hearted and grateful thank you to Kevin the kitchen designer and all his fabulous advice, Jake and Tyler for all there help and support and lastly the biggest shout out goes to both Haley and Leah as part of the management team who help support me through some complications I had with my colour choice. And a final thank you to Gordon the kitchen fitter who did an amazing job too!

I ordered four doors when I got there…
I ordered four doors when I got there one was damaged. The depot had realised it was damage days before, but didn’t get a replacement in or ring me to tell me the fact???
I then had to drive to another depot to get an extra door. Didn’t get the job done e that day so ended up going back on the Saturday not happy.

Fantastic service
This is the fourth time we have used Howdens for kitchens (this time for an office kitchen and flat renovation) and the service we have received has been excellent. Jordan, the young man that came out to measure up was lovely; extremely professional and polite and made suggestions when needed. He then turned the plans around very quickly before he went on leave knowing that we had tradesmen in to do first fixes. Delivery was as scheduled and the delivery guys went over and above making sure everything was placed where we needed (carrying it up 2 very tight flights of stairs in the heatwave). Would highly recommend.
