I went today in Brent Cross shopping centre looking for a good watch for my birthday and great deal. Kevin was absolutely nice, good service, patience and knowledgeable. Really great experience it has been long time that I didn’t see this customer service. Bought it and 5 stars.

I went to H. Samuel branch at Brent Cross Shopping Centre hoping to buy a pair of solitaire diamond earrings. I was greeted by Alinda with the most genuine welcoming smile. I explained to Linda what I was looking for and I was very impressed by her knowledge about sizing diamonds and explained the pros and cons of certain materials. Talking to Linda was highly educational and I felt quite confident about going ahead and making the purchase despite the cost. To my amazement Linda explained to me that it was possible to buy them in installments that are completely free of interest. That suited me absolutely fine. From my initial encounter with Linda to the final closing of the sale Linda was spectacular and I thank her for her patience and dedication. I not only congratulate H. Samuel for the calibre of their staff and I absolutely recommend to anyone looking towards buying a new piece of jewellery to ask for Linda. Great service!

Great experience at the Brent Cross branch! The gentleman called kurram found my dream watch and helped me quickly and swiftly whilst also helping another customer without neglecting either of us.

We went there 25 July, we were served by Aman, he has very helpful and friendly. We purchased wedding rings and he took time and trouble to make us feel special. On collection Aman was not there but the other staff present were also very welcoming and remembered us.

Amazing customer service from Sangita ! Came into the store to exchange engagement ring as it was to big and she helped me chose the correct size. Sangita also informed me that I can insure my ring if i want to so I done just that!

My son had his ears pierced in Camden and the piercing studs used were hopeless .. so small and just fell out We went to H Samuel IN Brent Cross to find new piercing studs and spoke with Natalie .. she was so helpful friendly and efficient.. we ended with some lovely piercing studs and another employee Afshan put them in for him . She was also lovely and so helpful ..
I will definitely be recommending H Samuel and there staff to anyone wanting piercings as they went over and above to help us and they have a great choice of ear piercing Jewellery

Just bought a gold bracelet at the Brent Cross branch. Was helped by Sangita who provided us with world class customer service. Willing to answer questions and very knowledgable when answering too. She also suggested alternatives when we weren’t sure what to buy. Extremely happy with the purchase and even happier with the service from Sangita!

Delivery is completely rubbish,it says 3-5 days however it takes longer & no one could give an answer.1 item apparently was oos after ordered however, they didn’t bother to notify me.

I bought earrings at H.Samuel in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. I was served by a lady named Sarigta. She was very kind, polite, and eager to help.She provided me with all the information regarding the warranty and possible returns.Very good customer service .

After number of visits finally I have met store manager Neelam. Prior to this, I’ve lot of issues regarding ring I bought wasn’t the right size. Tried to resize it but advised of damages to the stone. Neelam being people’s manager ordered us new ring to our liking's even though it was way past 30day policy. Outstanding service by Neelam.

I lost my pendant and I went to the shop in Brent Cross and the manage Joseph was very impolite and I was treated without any empathy! I really not going to purchase again! The material is poor and there is no security!

The store at Brent Cross had a very nice manager called Neelam Sharma who handled our complaint quite nicely. In the end she agreed a full refund and return as we were unaware a resizing would affect the 30 day returns policy on rings. Quite relieved and grateful for the humanity and empathy Neelam brought to our experience; thank you Neelam.

Hi,7 years ago me and my father went to H SAMUEL in Westfield shopping centre Acton in London, he bought me a citizen watch eco drive as a gift, days after sadly my father passed away, i was so upset for long time and never worn the watch,now i decided to wear it, i charged it under a direct light for quite some time and I live now next to Brent Cross shopping centre, so i visited H Samuel branch to ask if is possible to adjust the wriest of the watch for me,, and kindly i asked to do it for me, so she sadly stopped me to talk and said : no we can’t do it for you if you don’t have receipt , i said , i am sorry was a gift from my father and i don’t know where or what happened to the receipt from 7 years and the watch still brand new in the box and the bag of H Samuel, again she stopped me to say or to explain anything and she said we can’t do it i am sorry, I was really upset because I am a regular customer and watches collector specifically from H Samuel and i said to her last month on the big sale i purchased three watches from here in your store and i can prove you i am a regular customer, again she said: I said to you we can’t help you go to Westfield and ask them to do it for you, since Monday 20th of February 2023 at 12:30 I decided i will never ever buy any more products from any H Samuel because of this Bad Customer Service treatment really, thanks.

Thought buying from big store like H Samuel would brings polite knowledge stuff
