I was happy with the jewellery I found but your website is really dodgy. I’m using it on an iPhone 14 promax in Safari and it was jumping all over the place. I tried turning screen sideways which helped but it’s very glitchy. You need more user testing on it. I struggled to get my order placed and only persevered because I had a gift card!

Lack of product measurements on some listings
Used virtual assistant as not all earrings have dimensions listed, which is frustrating when your searching for a specific size. Assistant was very helpful. Every other aspect of the process worked smoothly, only deducted a star for lack of product measurements on some listings.

Was offered a 10% discount once I added the item to my basket, so I took the time to got through the steps to sign up and get the discount only for the item not to be eligible. This is very misleading and disappointing. If it's not eligible don't offer the discount or at the very least explain in the pop up window that the item night not be eligible. Have some class.

Sold synthetic diamond as a real diamond. This is literally fraud. Utterly disgusted. Just had the ring checked and they told me it is a synthetic diamond after selling it as a real diamond. Don't purchase from here.

I have been to this store reccently a couple of times to make a purchase and for repairs on jewellery I have had for a long time. My account was showing invalid, not sure even I am getting promotional mail and messages to my email ID and number. Tried for reset password and its not came yet. Therefore, had to purchase without my account login. Due to this, a 10% off on next purchase had gone lost.
