It is too bad that HSN is so awful

It is too bad that HSN is so awful! You find something you like and order it. Then you wait. You may get it at some point but ALWAYS 2 - 10 weeks later than they state. AND the best part is after you wait a week, 2 weeks and then they just cancel the order. This is so screwed up! If they don't have products, then don't sell them!! People just need to stop purchasing products from them. They are part of a company that owns Frontgate, QVC and others. I have never had a problem with Frontgate so it is probably just senior/executive management at that brand. Consumers need to rid the world of pathetically poor companies! It can be done. Plenty of good companies.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I paid off my account and they still closed my account. Bad business from their side. I have a lot of accounts and have never had any company close my account. QVC better get a handle on them. I will continue to shop with qvc at least they treat their customers very well.

I have not bought anything from HSN for…

I have not bought anything from HSN for years! Someone called claiming to be from HSN saying I had auto ship items they had shipped out but couldn’t get payment on my credit card on file with them. Then, I got a call from “The Social Security Administration” that my social security number has been used for fraudulent purposes south of the boarder (automated voice, foreign person speaking after I pressed one to speak to an “officer “). HSN and any other sorry ass company that wants outsourced telecommunications to foreign companies needs to get ripped a new one! Our personal information DOES go to those foreign companies and ever Abdul and Mustafa they hire can get it! HSN should be sued! F¥£k em up people! They all deserve it!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience didn’t even want to put one star but I had to to in order to write a review I will never ever order from this company again, they canceled my order an the only explanation I got was we never received shipping tracking info from the shipping company we use ( CIVA ) so unprofessional I will never use them again it’s QVC from here on out after all I can depend on them to use a shipping company that will deliver my order

I ordered my NFL jacket 4 days ago and it arrived today !! 😁 It was delivered quickly and fits me so good!! I wasn’t surprised bc I also got my new pc in July quick also. Looking forward to more items to come holiday time. Thanks again.

Disappointed in quality

Arrived nicely packaged. On inspection it looked good.
But when I started using it it had little power. When you apply any pressure it stops. Then after only two uses the pad for patching roughness of feet and the pad came apart. The layers separated. I immediately sent email to HSN and have yet to hear from them. Especially disappointed as I bought one for a friend.

If you attempt to place an order and for whatever reason it does not process!” Customer service claims my address was wrong! It won’t go through. DO NOT ATTEMPT IT TWICE END THE CALL AND CANCEL THE ORDER GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was literally charged 9x’s on one card and 2x’s on another card! All the while 3 representatives claimed none of my cards were working!! OVER 1000 bucks! For one laptop! 9 different times! I spoke with 2 supervisors! I have to wait 72 hours to get my funds back because it’s in pending mode! One woman confirmed they were having issues and read an email while I was on the phone! Trust and believe HSN IS Is scamming us! It’s a SCAMMMMM! I found them on OFFER UP! GO FIGURED! For 72 hours IM DEAD BROKE!

I was trying to order the fairy lights…

I was trying to order the fairy lights set of three also the set of 2 rose gold luminare flameless candles and the kindle oversized pop up illuminated characters after she could not find my account she got frustrated and I advised her that I have been ordering for years so I don't understand why she couldn't find my account. I asked to speak with another representative and I got hung up on and was not able to purchase anything. My family and I always purchase HSN products and have been fans but I will not be spending my money until customer service resolves this issue 3 phone calls later and no resolution....

Terrible

Terrible! Bought a too faced eyeshadow pallet that came with full size lip gloss on promo. ordered over the phone and I questioned why the full size wasn’t showing up on order. She said that it would automatically attach and I will receive with the rest. She said to give them a call back if I don’t receive gloss. When it came it was not with it. Spoke to Liz supervisor and she said there is nothing she can do.

HSN just about ruined my good credit

I have been shopping from HSN FOR OVER 20 years and what they did was terrible. I closed my account because Of the pandemic I thought I had my account paid in full . I got a letter from a lawyer saying I owed them $145.00 if I didn’t Pay it that action would be taken I hurried and call the lawyer & payed it. HSN never sent me a letter, bill, or emailed me about the money owed. They had my phone number even and didn’t contact me at all. They also had my address because they had the lawyer to send me a letter about the money I owed. Never did I think they would do this kind of business to a good customer.

Purchased a "today's special value" that never arrived. Customer service tells me it's on "back order" and doesn't know when I might ever receive it. I was never notified by the company and had to chase them down. Yet they keep sending me emails to buy more stuff! Never again!

Placed an order 4 days ago , was due to be delivered today . I got an email from HSN that they have issued an refund , why ? I called and they stated that UPS wasn’t able to deliver . I called UPS , they stated the items was never shipped , never scanned into their system . I called HSN again and they said they don’t know , they have no more information for me but that I should be getting a refund in 72 hours . I said I don’t want a refund , can I just re order , they said “nope it’s sold out” f@&cking great ! She was so rude !

Customer Service is Useless

I placed an order on their site and had different billing and shipping addresses. Once I hit place order, the confirmation page showed that the shipping and billing addresses were the same. Clearly there's some glitch in their site that messed something up. & Yes, I'm 100% the addresses were correct before I hit 'Place Order'. So I talked to customer service right away to try and change the shipping address but they said no, we can't change it, you have to cancel it. But I used a coupon that's only valid for your first order, & they offered absolutely nothing helpful. Just cancel it. So I guess I'm just SOL. Gee thanks HSN. Luckily I will be able to get my items eventually..... but still annoying that it won't be shipped to the correct place and it's their website's fault.

Awful service and too strict!

My fiance bought me a grill for Father's Day. She thought it would work with natural gas but it doesn't. They wouldn't take it back because it was a coupe weeks over 30 days. The box was never even opened! She spent a fortune with HSN, but no more...truly disgaceful service and no way to treat a good customer!
