Few hours after the order they provided a tracking number via Paypal (never any email order confirmation). The tracking number is fake, shows shipping 2 days before the order is placed, but Paypal doesn't want to refund the money because they have a "proof of delivery". SCAM!

I ordered patio furniture from this company (about $150 worth) and received no order confirmation and no repsonse from "Natalie," the supposed customer service email address. I have file a dispute with PayPal for two orders I placed on May 3 and 4 of 2021 and fully expect the company to be a scam. PayPal will get back to me in June to follow up with me on their investigation.
