This company together with OR Tambo International airport has found a way to rob people… these bloody criminals started a new system to charge people more for parking. It happened to us this morning where a wrong ticket was printed together with 2 other people. The ladies at the reception said they would help us fix it but then they might lose their jobs if they did. They said the supervisor could do it but she refused to come out. It means at the end of the day they charge the actual ticket money and then take the rest for themselves! Disgusting CRIMINALS!!

The manager's good-for-nothing attitude and lack of professionalism made the entire experience unbearable. It was evident that their egocentric mindset prevented them from prioritizing customer satisfaction or addressing any concerns. The manager's inability to handle even the simplest tasks reflected their utter incompetence. From mismanaging reservations to providing subpar service, their performance was a constant source of frustration. It seemed as though they had no understanding of how to run a parking and valet operation effectively.
