Huepar's excellent laser level support service
I bought my laser level early last year and used it on one job. When I pulled it out of the box a couple of months later for another job, it looked like it was out of plumb. I contacted Huepar service and they gave me a few tests to do which proved that the unit was faulty. The service team was extremely supportive and responsive sorting out the issue by sending me a new unit (which works perfectly). I'm very happy with the service teams professionalism, responsiveness and customer service minimizing downtime..

Emailed the company regarding a faulty 5year old laser, which was out warranty and wouldn’t be cost effective to repair.
Bought a new one before contacting regarding repair and was given a backdated discount.
Carina I spoke to was extremely helpful and sorted the discount.
For the price the lasers are fantastic. And now have a 5year warranty.
Company also very quick and helpful with their response, would hesitate to buy another or recommend!
Great Customer Service
I purchased the Huepar S04CG in September 2025 from their Amazon store and used it intermittently for several home projects. Recently, I noticed the laser was out of level and not something I could adjust or fix — especially concerning since the unit was under six months old.
I contacted Huepar’s customer service through their website and received a reply within a couple of hours requesting the usual information: proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem. I provided everything the next day. Within one day, they responded that they would be sending a replacement and hoped it would resolve the issue. I agreed.
The entire process began with a warranty inquiry on Monday, and by Friday I had a brand-new laser delivered to my house. The warranty process was smooth and hassle-free.
Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Carina and the Huepar team truly exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
Ordered 7211CGA twice
Ordered 7211CGA twice, but the dot laser on both unit was out of plumb. However, Carina resolved the issue by providing full refund while allowing to keep the faulty unit. Communication was a bit slow and confusing, but always received a sincere response.
