I‘ve ordered and paid (!) my prints almost 2 months ago and still haven‘t received them yet. Although they have a nice costumer service it is a ridiculously long time to wait for two packs of prints. Definitely the last time I‘ve ordered there. Very disapointing experience.

Update: It is now 3 (!) months later, I am still without the prints (I mean, this is a joke!) and just received the news that their print partner still hasn‘t processed my order yet because he had „some difficulties“. I could not believe it. In my opinion this company is everything but professional. NEVER AGAIN !

I ordered a small hard back photo book & paid at time of order. The confirmation email came through & said delivery would be 3-5 days. 14 days later I still haven't received it!! They won't respond to the emails I have posted (or the tweet) asking where it is!
It was to be a Christmas present and now Christmas is over I want my money back!! This company is a shambles. They are nothing but theives!!! Do not use HuggleUp. You will be severely disappointed.

I ordered photos with huggleup to create a memorable album for my friend. The result was great, and I received my photos after just 1 week or so.

Good price but quality was not great. I ordered some if the same photos from love photo and the quality was better - shine not matt and better resolution. Otherwise it is good for the price.

It's a great program it's easy to use. However the only thing is that since I be updated this app I can't get into the app anymore really weird??

I ordered my picture magnets on February 5th 2015 and today is February 17th 2015. I still have yet to receive my order. I got a conformation email the 5th stating my order has been shipped and should arrive between 5-10 days. This was for a birthday present for a friend going off to boot camp. She is now gone and I could not give her her present on time. I am extremely unpleased with the way they ship. Also there is no tracking number in order to see where my order is in the world.

I was a bit optimistic about this when I saw it but they turned out great! I did get 5 blank fridge magnets but I am still really happy with them. The quality of the picture are good and they looks so nice on the fridge. £12.50 is a great price for the product. Thank you

I ordered the magnet package, but not very satisfied with the product. I ordered because my toddler likes to play magnet on the fridge so I expect this magnet will be thick. On the other hand, these magnets are thin and my toddler rather to fold them or squeeze them and now most of them can't be patched to the fridge anymore.

I was a bit on edge when first trying out this site, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and quick delivery of huggleup products. I think the price is spot on, and the brand of the company is built up with a friendly image. I like this company! Will certainly be using again...

I absolutely recommend HuggleUp for getting your photos printed! The quality is incredible and the delivery was quick! 100% going to get photos again from them!

Love the prints and excellent service

I ordered the 44 petite polaroids for £12.50 and they came really quickly! Perfect size and look really good, great value for money. I would say though they come in a matte finish and they would be improved by having a glossy finish.

I bought huggleup magnets and when I received them, the edges are curled up and the magnets don't stick well. I am very disappointed with the quality of the magnets.

Really good quality photocard but there we're some duplicates and some didn't for the frame.

Would b good to have warning of this in the app when creating your photo pack.

I was very excited to receive the magnets, having ordered similar products from other providers. The photos were well-reproduced but the quality of magnets were terribly poor. It's been only a day and they're falling off my fridge and notice board. Very disappointing :( indeed.

This is the 2nd time I use this app but this time round is of great disappointment. The photos are cut off almost half of my photos. What I do not understand is why aren't there any photo frame to inform customer that the pic must not exceed the frame. Although there is a preview option but uploading 44 pics at one go and preview each and everyone is tideous. Ultimate disappointment with so many photos being cut off and some can't even see the heads.
