Hugo Boss Brent Cross – Shamefully Unprofessional Experience
Absolutely unacceptable service.
I purchased a jacket from the Brent Cross store and paid extra for delivery, which was promised last week Wednesday. I’m a visitor, staying near the airport, and now flying out of the country — the jacket never arrived.
I’ve tried calling the store multiple times — no answer. I even messaged the WhatsApp number — no response. When I called Hugo Boss central customer service, they casually told me I need to “go to the store personally.”
Seriously? I paid for delivery, and now I’m expected to spend more on a taxi across the city from the airport just to chase down my own paid item?
I trusted a premium brand and my money has gone to waste. The complete lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is beyond disappointing.
I will never shop with Hugo Boss again — and I strongly caution others before spending their money here.

As a candidate, I invested significant time and energy preparing for this opportunity, completing four separate interviews with various members of your team. I was informed that the final interview had concluded, but instead, another manager was unexpectedly brought in .
This fourth manager’s approach was deeply unprofessional. Rather than engaging in a constructive conversation, he interrogated my CV in a way that felt aggressive, almost as if I were being investigated rather than evaluated. It left me feeling disrespected and unnecessarily stressed.
Following this, I was informed of the rejection via a short message the next day, with no feedback or acknowledgment of the effort I put into the process. Overall, I found the experience disappointing, especially coming from a brand with the reputation of Hugo Boss.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as the way candidates are treated reflects heavily on your company culture and brand image. No candidate should be left feeling belittled or mistreated after such a demanding process.

Wife was pushed to buy non returnable clothes
My wife went to store to buy me a T-shirt for anniversary. She had two small babies with her, so was easy pushed to buy 4 T-shirts at total cost of 900£ with a discount included.
Nor did I like those t-shirts, nor we had a budget to buy those, but according to her, she was pushed by the seller. Again, I fully understand that she was not pushed with a gun at the head, but given that she has just recently delivered and had babies on her, her head was off. When she came home - I asked her to return all, because 900£ is huge amount, but she was not able to (because discount clothes are not returnable)
I explained all of that in email to HUGO Boss and that neither of the clothes were even touched, when I saw the price. We are not rich, and getting stuck with those clothes is very painful. No reply by email

Avoid with all cost - there is no customer support, all they do is pushing from one email to another, ultimately finding lame reasons to blame the customer. Very lame for such an expensive brand I would think.

Appalling. We’ve bought a men suit and cannot return it because the trousers needed altering. The sales woman never mentioned you cannot return if trousers will be altered. Lies and a very unethical business. Shame.
Nice design, bad functionality
Pros:
- The delivery and return of my item was very easy
- I really liked the design of the item, and the fit was perfect
Cons:
- For £200, the jacket should have been lined. It didn't feel nice to wear and provided almost no warmth. If it had been £60 I'd have kept it but that's the max I'd have paid for a non-functional, style-only jacket
- The website isn't easy to use, and customer service took a while to get back to me about an issue

Bought a dress, paid 2600dkk from your shop in CPH - and received a broken dress with the strap for the belt detached from the dress..... and this was actually supposed to be a brand new dress as the sales associate confirmed but never checked the dress before selling it
Now, 5 days later no customer service reply no one helps to remedy this case online.

poor quality, received a defective shirt. The sewing is very sloppy. In addition, the wrong stitching on the back of the shirt has reduced the value of the product.
What they can do is refund only 15% for a shirt in very bad condition and can't wear it.

I can’t believe the experience I’m having with Hugo Boss. I understood they were high end retailers not bottom feeders.
I purchased a pole online. After a week the “S” in the Boss on front of polo fell off. When I tried to return it I was treated like a thief. I reference my order which they had, I sent pictures yet I just kept getting asked more questions and more pictures. They just try to frustrate you until you give up.

Put one star to allow my feedback. The WhatsApp service is terrible, sent one to Regent St store couple of days ago as suggested by online store which had run out of size I wanted, the Regent St store had availability and used the suggested WhatsApp service direct with them, they answered and said what size although it’s on the link I sent, gave them size again, no reply until today at 10.00 saying they would check for me, have heard nothing in 4 hours despite saying I would come up to London tomorrow if they had. Tried call ing store but ringing no answer.

I have recently spent a substantial about of money using the Hugo Boss app, it was advertising an incentive if more than £500 was spent which I did. I wasn’t to bothered with the incentive but it didn’t arrive so I questioned why it hadn’t via email. The response was “there’s none left, have a nice day” which I feel is very poor from such a large company. I informed customer care that the response was poor but still no attempt to do anything about it, just fobbed me off… dreadful customer service care

Poor product quality
HB used to be one of my favourite brands for jeans and shirts, but no more. The last three pairs of jeans I bought literally withered away after one year of use, they ripped, the tissue is vanishing and holes appearing, the quality of your products has honestly become shocking for the price you are selling them at. It's a pity because I do like your designs but I cannot possibly buy again from you given your shockingly low level of product quality

Really dissapointed with my order. First delivery arrived and the key for the lock missing. Contacted customer service I was told to return the order and reorder which I did. Order arrived again and the key is still missing. Who checks QA for you? Doubt anyone is do so! Twice ordered and still part of my order missing. Really dissapointing service. I have paid alot of money for my ordet and the least I expect is to receive a decent quality good that I paid for.
I wouldn't order again from them. Too much stress for what they offer.
