Had two bathrooms replaced and toilet four years ago and recently had some issues needing spare parts due to hard water causing some issues. Paul dropped the parts off personally and has been great with after-sales support. It's nice to see companies care about their customers long term. Already recommended them to others due to the good product.
Hugo Oliver renovated the bathroom and shower room in our flat. Although the process took a bit longer than planned, overall they proved to be very reliable and flexible (when we had to change plans slightly because of unforeseen issues). The final result is very solid and clean and we are very satisfied.

Much smaller showroom than anticipated (Charlton store) so little on display. Visited on a Saturday where one member of staff was working, thus impossible to get advice or make enquiries. Thus left the store for other options. Truely awful.
