Ordered a Rains backpack for £35 and they still haven't delivered two months later and are not responding to my emails at all

Let me make this crystal clear: I ordered a pair of trousers back in July, and we’re now months down the line with absolutely nothing to show for it. Not a parcel, not an update, just me waiting like a mug.

I’ve emailed them more than enough times, and what do I get? Either total silence or the same copy-and-paste nonsense saying there’s been a “delay” and my order will be with me “shortly.” Their definition of “shortly” must be measured in geological eras, because at this rate I’ll get these trousers sometime after retirement.

I’ve even asked for a cancellation and a refund, and shockingly — not a single response. It’s like they’ve taken the money, switched off the lights, and scarpered out the back door.

This site is slower than dial-up internet and about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Avoid it like the plague. Don’t spend your money. Don’t waste your time. Save yourself the headache.

Ordered two hoodies. Neither turned up.
Would get generic email responses. They then canceled my orders but still no refund 2 months later.

Gone into administration.
Ordered items in June, no delivery and despite multiple assurances my refund would be with me in 10 working days it never materialised.
Contacted my bank who said it was now too long ago for the to get my money back.

No delivery, no refund, no response to emails.

Took my order in September which never arrived - no refund has been issued either and practically zero communication from them at all.

ordered two carhart items in august. Never received item despite chasing. Was told they had an issue with stock. Finally gave up so contacted my bank and received a refund. Now they are trying to reject the claim. They are scammers.

Do not purchase. Thieves and liars

Ordered a bag beginning of October, with next day delivery (extra £6). Order still hasn’t arrived and only getting automated responses saying ‘we will get back to you in 2-3 business days’. Won’t respond to me about getting a refund either. Total scam, do not order from this place.

Ordered back in June, got a generic email saying they were facing delivery delays, checked here and saw it was very common. Emailed them 5 times asking for a refund and they sent more generic replies. Issued a claim with my bank with all the evidence and they had the audacity to contest my dispute! 5 months later and I have my money back. Save. Yourself. The. Hassle.

What is wrong with this Co? I’m still not been sent my shorts. I ordered months and months ago. Took my money. Nothing scumbags.

Ordered an item and paid for express delivery however received an email to say that the item would take 7-10 days for delivery. I requested a refund as this would be too late and got a quick reply saying that I would receive a refund - three weeks and several emails later no refund received!

Ordered a rains black weekend bag
Received order confirmation
Order placed on 14th October, was due by 21st
On the 21st received another email saying order was delayed by 10 days
10 days later no order received and no further update
Got in contact with so called customer services
Got an automated email back saying would be in touch 2-3 days
3 days later got another email saying their busy and would reply in next 3-4 days
Again another automated reply
Stating to reply back if I wish for a refund or to wait for order, replied refund, got no further reply and no refund and no bag
10th November almost 1 month later after placing order, not one real response from company, no bag delivered, no further update and no refund
Thankfully ordered through klarna and should get refund shortly

I ordered and paid for a Rains backpack on 29th September which was listed as in stock. I was told in an email delivery would be by October 3rd. I was then notified that dispatch was delayed. I never received any further follow up from HUH and the link to track my order had miraculously expired! No further updates. After endless chasing I only received a vague generic email reply, basically saying nothing apart from how hard they are working to get orders out. After over a month of chasing, I requested a refund. There's been no response from the business. What a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SHAMBOLIC. I now need to contact my bank to get my money back.

Ordered a hat on the 19th September. Still not received it and all my emails are replied to with automatically generated emails

Effectively stole my money so going through the bank for a refund. Do not use this site, ever.

Avoid at all costs, total scammers. Same as many others, ordered a sweatshirt in May 2025. Its now November - it never arrived and promises of a refund have never transpired. They've blatantly taken the money with no intention of fulfilling order. Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.
