Used to be a really good store not clearly they’ve gone bankrupt and taken the money and ran, ordered a pair of carhartt jeans in August was promised a refund at the end of September and now no communication whatsoever.
Going through a dispute with AMEX to resolve this but my best advice is to avoid HUH store at all costs and whatever store the owners make after this they should be ashamed of themselves

pretty much the exact same problem as everyone else here, if you’re struggling to get a reply/refund from them directly try raising a dispute with your bank about the payment. i did this 4 days ago and revived a full refund from my bank yesterday!:)

Don't buy anything from this store. Annoyed at myself for not reading these reviews first of all. I never received my goods, just a message that there was a delay to my order. Weeks and weeks later still awaiting a refund. They clearly have no intention of ever providing goods.

scam completely. Ordered something end of August and still not arrived nor will they refund me. No replies to emails. No contact information. Awful. By looks of it I’m not the only one

Fraudulent site! Ordered in April and still waiting due to a “backlog”. Was told in sept stock had arrived and those
Waiting would be prioritised. Now they’re saying they delivered the items with a tracking number from April. Absolute fraudsters!

Do not buy from this store. The reviews are not an exaggeration and I wish I had checked before purchasing. I was notified there was an issue with my shipment before I even received my receipt. Heard nothing in over two months other than “We just wanted to let you know that your request is still in our queue. Our team hasn’t forgotten you, we’re working through messages as quickly as possible.” I want my money back.

SCAM! Do not buy from this 'store'. Item was never delivered and the "help center" are ignoring my emails. AVOID at all cost

See you next Tuesdays! Absolute thieves do not order they took my money for my son’s birthday gift and laughed me off and kept sending bogus emails saying my item was delayed. Please avoid this disgraceful site at all costs. Abosolute scammers! Jack from HUH I hope you get what you deserve.

Really bad company

As per everyone else, ordered a jumper in September, no delivery to date, no reply from emails and order simply says “order in process”. Absolute SCAM company.

This is a company that should not exist.

You simply can’t run an online clothing store that offers massively discounted products that they do not stock. These are items that will either be on back order for months or will more likely not ever be available again. I’ve waited for over six weeks while they hide behind their automated responses to my emails. They do not have a contact number you can call them on. They do not answer emails directly. They do not give me the option to cancel my order. This business needs to be closed down permanently.

I paid extra for next-day delivery in August but still haven't received my order, and its now almost November. I emailed asking to cancel and for a refund back in September and still have not recieved any communication. I'm now having to go through my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could rate it lower than 1 I would. Same experience as everyone else. Ordered a sweatshirt 2 months ago heard nothing. A few automated emails. Clearly a scam. I wish I’d read reviews first.

Update on refund from HUH store. After 2 months of no goods being received and no refund I filed a case with Paypal which took 14 days. I won the case and they issued a refund however on the last day that the refund was supposed to be returned the refund was cancelled due to there being no money in HUH stores account. I am now chasing, having spent hours chasing these conmen to further escalate this theft through PayPal.

Do not order anything here

Order placed over a month ago, insured multiple times regarding order received the same automated emails one confirms they have received the email and the other asks to direct your email to a certain department and how to do so but even when you do you receive the same automated emails. I have now requested a refund and will go to my bank if not dealt with in an appropriate time frame. Do not waste your time ordering from HUH store

It’s a scam. Item purchased 7 Sept, email to say it was delayed - have waited 14 days beyond that; asked for a refund - never heard from them again.
The site looks so legit too. Definitely do not get sucked in.

This used to be a legitimate business but now just scams people. Listed a jacket from Norse Projects new season with a heavy discount. Seemed too good to be true but thought I'd give them a chance as I used this site a fair bit over the years. They used to be decent but things started going downhill after covid. When I didn't receive the item I contacted Norse Projects to find out if they still had an account with HUH as it seemed weird they would list only one item from the new collection. NP confirmed they hadn't provided the jacket to the business. HUH then took the website down for a couple days and the jacket was removed from the site once it came back up. I was promised a refund but unsurprisingly it's still forth coming. Fortunately I've paid with paypal so should get a refund eventually. Honestly crazy this guy is still in business. Jack, when you read this mate, get yourself in the dole queue pal you absolute crank!

Ordered an item of clothing, kept being told there was a delay. Then the so-called on-site tracking was marked as dispatched. Yet two months later, nothing. The site now appears to have disappeared, and it seems others have had a similar experience. Seems very much like a scam .

Along with so many others, I purchased an item, didn't receive it, have tried contacting them for months with no answer and no refund in sight. I spent £357 on a Garden Trading Walcote Butchers Block becuase it was the best price I could see of any seller. They totally ripped me off. They are a scam; their website should be taken down.
