Hulahub - Very poor customer service
Signed up for a course brokering system with these guys 7 days ago. Have been bombarded with emails and phone calls ever since. I run more than one business and am very busy, so explained that I would get round to filling in details when I had time.
So what did they do - simply cancelled my account!
Excellent business service given that I would be paying for their services.
I guess the customer simply doesn't matter anymore.
