Humidor Discount Reviews 

I recently purchased a premium ST DuPont cutter and although the cutter was faulty upon receipt, the initial service from Humidor Discount has been very good. I have however attempted to return the faulty goods today but the postage label provided was insufficient to return via UPS as apparently 3 invoices are also required whatever they are so at present I’m stuck with an expensive faulty item.
I have emailed Humidor Discount and yet to hear back but despite the negative reviews I have read I will remain positive and confident that all will be good as to date I have no reason to believe otherwise.

Ordered a humidor at the beginning of the year. I looked at a few of the reviews here and was wary but decided to go ahead with it and can confirm I received the Humidor in perfect condition (the wrapping was exquisite).

An important thing to be aware of though is that this company is based in the EU and there are import duties required when receiving the package. I wasn't aware of this when ordering at the time so was a bit of a shock. However, I emailed the Humidor Discount team and they fully refunded the incurred charges with proof of receipt of payment to DPD for the duties (so make sure you keep a receipt)

Adorini orange jet lighter - fantastic, reliable, great flame, would recommend. Slightly tricky to operate at first as the flame cover opens in a strange way but it's a great lighter. (Compared to the ST Dupont Hooked which is terrible, hardly ever works and I would avoid altogether).
Some issues with payment and miscalculation of payment required followed by PayPal issues when substituting a product that was no longer available, but apart from that it was a good shopping experience.

I have purchase a couple of small orders from Humidor Discount previously and it was a painless exercise. However, I purchased a £1,220 Salina Humidor from them on the 18th March 2021. It was being shipped to my company's warehouse in Barnstaple. I was asked to let them know when it arrived and to report any damage. Since the 18th March I have sent 20 emails & 3 phone calls, one to Germany trying to find out where my order was. I was sent a Schenker shipment tracker. I have also left requests on their customer service portal. I told them that the tracker stopped in London over 2 weeks ago. I was then sent an email informing me that the forwarder wasn't supplied all the paperwork from them and that they will ring me or I could ring them to find out where it is. I have asked them to cancel my order and to refund my money. They can track down where their product has gone. They have a 100 day refund policy if you are not happy, well boy I'm not happy! I have called them again twice today, the German number rings out, the UK number goes to answerphone and they don't reply - The knock on to all this is that once I knew it was on the way, I treated myself to three boxes of cigars, 2 UK editions and a box of Esplendidos which I've had to squeeze temporarily into my wooden humidors. I am completely exasperated with the lack of communication to my problem. I was totally aware that, with Brexit and that it is a medium size cabinet that shipping would take some time, but not this long and now I have decided to try to buy it elsewhere, I just want my money back! I have seen other good reviews of them on TP but these problems have been over a month. - on this order definitely minus stars after this I cannot see me using Humidor Discount again.

One of the best companies that I’ve ever had the fortune of experiencing. I purchased a very expensive lighter for my husband and I bought it from Germany into the UK during the first couple days of Brexit 2021 The company handled the chaos of the paperwork and processes with such poise, dignity and fantastic customer service despite me getting seriously stressed when my parcel initially went missing for 5 days. I even had to involve the CEO of the parcel company to locate it and humidor discount remained elegant, poised and treat me respectfully from day dot to finish. As a ONE OFF gesture of good will due to early day Brexit unknown waters, they even covered some unexpected costs for me. I also got 2 free gifts with my purcgaaewith This is truly a ONE OFF COMPANY that truly cares about their customers feelings. If you’re going to spend your money anywhere, I suggest you spend it here - youll certainly get more for your buck and it comes with the product and customer service.

I bought the Adorini Deluxe Cube Humidor which is a really beautiful humidor and highly recommended. The shipping was very quick and I did receive my item within 7 days for my location which is Qatar. I also made the purchase on Christmas day! The customer service was exceptional. The packaging was really good and protective. I will definitely use them again and also recommend them to my friends.
