I ordered InnoPet Urban Eco petstroller…

I ordered InnoPet Urban Eco petstroller and some Ibiyaya backpack. The latter was out of stock, i.e. I would have got very late delivery. They gave an instant refund when requested. Stroller was on it's way for 2-3 weeks. Delivery date was one working day later than what the deliverer first messaged. We were not at home,when the purchase was delivered, so, it was left at the terrace. That was ok. The Urban Eco stroller is excellent!!! I am very satisfied. Hundekrone customer service seems to be available in German only. My German is elementary, so I utilized google translate. Worked fine. Good, reliable shop 👍

No article after 1 month, no communication

I never received the article I paid for. Even one month after my payment Hundekrone does not answer my mails and literally nobody answers the phone.
I hope PayPal’s buyer protection will help me to get the money back.
Worst consumer experience ever.
