Their dispatch service is terrible and they are completely unable to provide an update even though they have not dispatched the products by the time the time they said they would be delivered.

The support staff is poorly trained and the company does not care about it's costumers. If you say a delivery is expected within these days, you need to keep the costumer updated with another dat if you cannot fulfill the order. How can I trust that I will get what I ordered?

Whilst the designs are pretty, I'm a size 6 and bought XS knickers, and they're all super baggy on me and really unsexy. Its not something I realised when I first tried them on, and get worse after washing. Not impressed

I just love Hunkemöller. The Bhs and slips are out of this world. They have all sizes you can imagine and everyone finds something which will fit.

Love their nightwear, always buy my pyjamas from Hunkemöller. They have really cute lingerie too and true to size, which can be hard when purchasing online. Products always arrive on time and great customer service. (Brandbassador for Hunkemöller)

Bad quality items, money is not wasted and no one warns in advance!

Good afternoon, the first time I bought on hunkemoller it was 2 years ago and since then im a loyal client, i have a very small chest and for me it was very hard to find good bras and here i found it, they fit perfectly and they have a big variety of sizes.

I ordered the coco satin kimono and fake fur slippers from hunkemöller and they’re amazing! The slippers are so warm and fluffy, perfect for the upcoming winter and the kimono is so sexy but also not too revealing!
The delivery was fast and I was emailed when it was dispatched and out for delivery

I really like this brand and I`ve been in love with their underwear ever since they opened stores in Norway. However, I recently had bought some underwear online on sale with delivery to the store, and the products that I bought was sent back to the warehouse wihtout any warnings before I got to get them. I tried contacting them through costumer service without getting any help. They couldnt bring my products back, which shows that they dont have a good system for cases like this. I don`t know about what will happen to the products, since they were sales products. It isnt sustainable at all if they end up throwing them away even though wanted the products. The lady at the costumer didnt seem very engaged in the case either, she misunderstood the situation and thought I had recieved my products. And when I explained the situation again to her, she tried offering me 15% off on my next order, which wasn`t really solve my problem. That wasn`t near as good as the deal I had got + why would I spend more money on a brand that doens`t help their costumers to solve their problem. When I told her that I wasnt pleased with this, and that I really wanted my products back for the same price, she said there was nothing they could do ...

I absolutely love the styles and colours of lingerie at Hunkemoller but I’ve placed two orders now where I’ve received incorrect sized bras. Checked what was ordered and I definitely ordered the sizes I needed. The second time my order did have one bra in the right size, which fits, but also incorrect ones again. It’s so frustrating and I don’t think I can be bothered to order a third time.

Best lingerie brand! I love all their products, own a few and all of them are super comfy and sexy!! Definitely recommend ❤️

As someone who carries out quality checks for our own customer service I was absolutely raging with the awful Customer Experience offered online. Thank heavens the staff in the Fan Shopping Centre store are so helpful, they managed to help me obtain a refund for an article never received as an error was made with the mailing address. I would hesitate buying anything online with this company which is such a shame as their articles are fabulous and their in store staff are lovely. Please do something though with regard to improving your digital service to customers
