Poor reliability and customer service

I had a gas stove for 5 years and it’s worked for about 2 of those years.
It’s not cheap to buy and already cost hundreds in spares and repairs and has broken again, needing a complete burner assembly.
The customer service is adequate at best, no contact number and you have to email back and forth, if you lucky they reply on a day. Currently having problem buying the assembly for the gas safe engineers, maybe if I’m lucky I’ll have a working gas stove for the winter.

Ordered spare parts

Ordered parts for my stoves on 2 September told 3 to 5 days delivery on the site no parts received has of this date of review assured they would arrived by 15 Sep at latest nothing received
Emails go unanswered no other way to communicate with this company
Would not recommend them their lack of communication is bad

Fantastic Customer service

Contacted Hunterstoves to enquire on parts as outlined in manual for the stove, backked up with photos to explain my query better. Email came back very quickly with concise information, exactly what I required.
Sydney ( Customer Service) offered to order these hinge pins for me and send them on FOC. Received yesterday.
This is a glowing example of real Customer Service !
Hard to beat, so many thanks.

Excellent customer service

Placed an order to replace worn parts on an aging Hunter Stove. The help given and guidance, knowledge made the transaction exceptional. The speed of response was brilliant . Good old fashion customer service. Would recommend to friends and family without hesitation. Well worth buying replacement parts from the manufacturer.

Doesn’t accept phone calls!?

A fairly straightforward transaction made more complicated due to the fact that Hunter Stoves don’t have a customer service phone number and they don’t seem to accept phone calls from members of the public. Otherwise, I was was pleased with the speed at which my order was dispatched.
