Poor reliability and customer service
I had a gas stove for 5 years and it’s worked for about 2 of those years.
It’s not cheap to buy and already cost hundreds in spares and repairs and has broken again, needing a complete burner assembly.
The customer service is adequate at best, no contact number and you have to email back and forth, if you lucky they reply on a day. Currently having problem buying the assembly for the gas safe engineers, maybe if I’m lucky I’ll have a working gas stove for the winter.
