I ordered a shirt and picture. The shirt was delivered immediately but the picture never came. I contacted customer support and filed a claim and within an hour I was emailed by the company apologizing for their oversight and a reprint order had been issued. I recieved daily updates on that order and a few days later had it in hand. Things happen and I totally understand. They handled it greatly and I will do business with them again
