Horrible customer service.
Bought a Michael Kors gold rose watch here as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Two months after the rose-gold was gone and it was just looking like a gold color watch.
We went back with the watch and they had to send it to France under warranty.
6 weeks later it finally came back. They replaced the watch.
After one month the same thing started to happen.
So we went back with the watch and the lady asked where we keep the watch. I told them in the bathroom and before explaining how it was stored she already had her comment ready. The watch cannot handle moisture. I got irritated as this is a lame excuse. Humans sweat and the climate in Denmark is far from dry. But okay. My mind was set on getting my 2000kr back. This she refused as she had to send it back AGAIN! Now I’m really starting to loose my patience as she keeps interrupting me and throwing at me that this is her right.
After some research I found out that this is a common problem with these Michael Kors watches.
And I’m sure that the 3rd time the problem would occur again.
I took the watch and broke it in front of them.
I’ll take my losses. Worst customer service ever. They will do anything in their power to not have to return money.
