Buyer beware! I purchased a water flosser from this company and it did not work for me because apparently it doesn't function in temperatures somewhere under 60°. I had to do my own research to find this out as it is not disclosed in the marketing comments. Hybexx absolutely refused to negotiate with me and continued to gaslight me. It cost me $20 to ship the old flosser back to them. They claimed it works and they are not responsible.

Things aren't good after Heesu was forced out of the group and the animators were humiliated. We are very upset because of Heesu leaving the group. Enhypen always seven 7##

HYPE is really being unfair to its artists. We want our dear heeseung to return to ENHYPEN and be allowed to pursue solo activities while in enhypen family, just like other group who do solo activities while still in their group!

Also heeseung being used even after leaving the band for financial profit shows how much benefits he has , so you gotta bring him back cuz he is not a burden , he brings the company , money , fame and love , so removing him from the group for "SOLO ACTIVITIES" is not logical , like any other group he can have his solo activities while being with enhypen

What a joke of a company!!! I cancelled my order 6 minutes after ordering because the vests DO NOT come with battery packs and that’s not stated at all in the description. After them emailing me (begging) to keep the order they cancelled it finally but kept 10% of my money for “fees” they said. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!

Terrible… Company total disaster…

The vest took over two weeks to arrive, and the power pack was not included, it is not clear that you have to buy it separately. When we got one using their specs, the vest didn’t work because they said it was too powerful, so we bought a power pack from the company itself.
The vest still doesn’t work. While we were trying to solve the problem, the customer service department was helpful- asked for videos and photos which we provided. Once the power pack from them did not work- they ghosted us. No contact, no emails answered. Now the 30 days is passed for a refund or exchange. Not only did they scam us with a vest that didn’t work, they got us to spend more money on their power pack. Absolutely disgusted. Would never recommend or buy a thing from hybexx ever again. The high ratings are fake- they have to be - terrible, terrible company to work with.
Do not shop with this company!

Avoid at all costs, ordered a car Hoover for my husband but it wasn’t what he wanted - cancelled within an hour and they have withheld £6 for “fees incurred” not to be trusted.
Better off buying from a reliable online retailer

Disappointed at first as no battery came with it. The Gilet is ok. It’s now not that bad at heating up.

Reduced to half price, arrived in a timely manner, lovely comfortable gilet. Don’t understand why people expect to charge just the vest and slate the company for not supplying a power bank. I would buy another one tomorrow for any of my family without worrying.

Quality appears superb,so well pleased and quite bewildered by the reviews on this site.
They arrived with no power packs so contacted the company and was absolutely amazed by the swift response from customer service .
A clear explanation that the powerbanks should be ordered separately and that they supply a code to enable one to order from a trusted partner at a 50%
discount.
Placed order with no problems.
Top marks so far as I’m very impressed but just think that the need to order separately could have been made clear at checkout on the original order.👏

I purchased a hybexx heated vest, which was advertised that it could keep a charge for 12 hours. They did not mention that you have to buy a separate charger to carry in your pocket to keep the vest charged so the vest cannot keep a charge on its own. False advertising. The vest, which cannot work on its own was highly expensive. Customer service was not helpful whatsoever. Upon approving your return, you must jump through several hoops to get a partial refund. They ask more of you when returning an item than they provide when they sell an item. I would never buy from them again. I do not recommend.

Warning, please be aware if you place a order with this company and then for any reason cancel the order, then depending upon how long after placing the order it is cancelled you are charged a percentage cancellation fee, indeed after just 1 hour these charges are large (I cancelled my order just 30 minutes after ordering and I was charged 5% deduction. Would not recommend this outfit
