Pump description is not clear
Pump description is not clear, and there is no bottom flange to secure it to the 2.5ltr bottle.
You need to fabricate a bottom flange from an old bottle that the screw top supplied fits.

I rang asking for advice about one of their products and how to use it with animals.
Helen tooky call and was able to talk me through each product, how to use it and what amounts I needed.
She talked me through the online ordering and I received the product 3 days later.
Helen was extremely knowledgeable about the products which put my mind at rest.
I am delighted to say I used the product immediately.
