Deceptive Marketing

I bought a small container of eye cream -like it and wanted to buy it again.
Hylunia's website had a 30% friends & family Site-Wide sale.
When I calculated shipping with my zip code it was Free with FedEx Ground. (See photo)
After applying the 30% discount code I saw that it was accepted on the check out page.
Hylunia's site suddenly re-calculated adding a new extra charge of $9.90 for FeEx Ground shipping! (See photo)

I wrote the company with an auto receipt response they'll write me. I never heard from them. Sale is over.

This is deceptive. They get one star for the cream.

EDIT: Turns out I'm not able to attach a photo on Trustpilot unless Hylunia company invites me to. . . I don't think they'll be doing that! ;)
