Terrible customer service
I do not understand the hype around this company, especially around their 'amazing' customer service.
I chose this company based on its fantastic Trust Pilot reviews and comments about how great their customer service is, but the experience was appalling.
After spending close to an hour carefully selecting my chosen tile samples the online ordering process told me it would cost almost £25 to deliver them, plus £2 a piece for each tile sample -- that's £35 for 4 small tile samples -- despite their website explicitly stating that up to 5 tile samples can be ordered free of charge and that postage for tile samples is from £4.99.
I called to speak to them, hoping that they could take my order over the phone instead and they were extremely rude and unhelpful -- the young man I spoke to just kept saying "yeah, well, £25 is the delivery cost if you want to order tile samples. Yeah, yeah.. well whatever it says on the website must be wrong".
What kind of way is this to run a business?! I will not be bothering to place an order with them if they can't be bothered to provide decent customer service and correct advertising on their own website.

Dear Kate,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am genuinely sorry for the frustration you experienced, and you were absolutely right to highlight the discrepancy on our website.
Thanks to your feedback, we realised our sample information page was outdated and did not accurately reflect our current shipping tiers. We have now updated the website to ensure our delivery pricing is completely clear. As a small independent business, we incur direct courier charges for safely packaging and shipping these items, and I hope you can appreciate that we simply cannot absorb these costs entirely for free. However, to support our customers, we do refund any sample postage costs against your future full orders.
I am also sorry that your phone call with us left such a poor impression. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and I apologise that we fell short of our usual high standards during that conversation. I will be reviewing this with the team to ensure we communicate much better in the future.
Because our website was unclear at the time of your visit, I would still like to honor the terms you originally saw. If you are still looking for these tiles, please email me directly at richard@hyperiontiles.com and I will personally arrange to have your chosen samples sent to you free of charge.
Best regards,
Richard Company Director
Excellent quality and service
Excellent quality and service. A great choice of tiles. I was ordering online so was a little unsure of actual colours but the team were extremely helpful, making the whole experience less stressful and more enjoyable. A big thankyou to Brandon for his help with the delivery.

Thank you, Harpal. Ordering tiles online without seeing them in person is always the tricky part, so we're glad the team could help you settle on the right colours. Brandon will be pleased to hear the delivery went well - I'll pass that on. If you're planning another room, samples and our Ascot showroom are always there. Enjoy the tiles.
Sample sizes
Tile sample was too small to see the 3D pattern. Contact them if you need a larger size and they will assist.

Dear Sharon,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am so sorry that your sample took longer than expected to arrive, and that we missed the opportunity to put things right for you before you sourced an alternative.
We are taking your comments on board regarding the sample sizes for our 3D tiles, as we want to ensure they perfectly showcase the pattern. As a gesture of goodwill for the delay and the inconvenience caused, I have fully refunded the £5 for your sample order today.
We wish you all the best with your newly completed project.

Beautiful store with fantastic service and product range
Visited the shop in Ascot yesterday- what a great experience. The shop is beautifully laid out and Brandon was super knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me make some decisions and they have a fantastic range. It’s more like an art gallery than a tile shop! Highly recommend.

Thank you, Katie — "more like an art gallery than a tile shop" is exactly what we were aiming for. The Ascot showroom is laid out so you can see full tile displays in natural light rather than judge from a small sample board, and Brandon will be pleased his advice helped. We carry Fired Earth, Ca'Pietra, Minoli, Original Style and Porcelanosa in store, so do come back when the next room is on the list. — Hyperion Tiles, 67 High Street, Ascot

Classic Octagon and Dot Mosaic Tiles
We recently purchased Classic Octagon and Dot Mosaic Wall & Floor Tiles. We were looking for a porcelain flooring and we found Hyperion Tiles. They have just arrived and look amazing, super good quality.

Thank you so much, Arianna. The Classic Octagon and Dot Mosaic Wall & Floor Tiles are a real favourite of ours. That geometric porcelain pattern brings so much character to a hallway or bathroom floor, and porcelain gives you the durability and low maintenance a busy space needs. We're delighted the quality lived up to expectations. If you'd like coordinating trims, grout or a complementary wall tile, our team at the Ascot showroom is always happy to help. Enjoy your new floor!
