Excellent service. You always discover how good a company is when things go wrong. In my case there were delivery problems with damaged tiles. Laura, in particular, kept me informed and dealt with the ensuing issues in a professional and incredibly helpful manner. I would happily order again.

Thank you Brandon. My order wasn't worth much, but the amount of effort it required to locate a single tin of Fired Earth paint (since they went out of business) was enormous.

Purchased online when actually the product was out of stock
Had to cancel order as it could not be fulfilled due to lack of stock which was a shame . There was good follow up from Hyperion Tiles to try and rectify situation although communication to me that there was a problem could have been quicker . As we were on a very short time frame we had to look at an alternative . Seems like a very nice firm to deal with.
