Unhappy for the 3rd time
This is the third time I don’t receive my parcel. I wait for more then 1 week and then my parcel doesn’t arrive in Uk or for some strange reason the parcel goes back in Italy. I waste lot of time and this is ruining my preparation!

Ordered two pieces half product in each bottle arrived.
I ordered two pieces because the price was great. I collected the products yesterday and one was leaking therefore 3/4 of the product had vanished, the other arrived with intact packaging but half of the bottle was empty. now I understand why the price was so great and I hope to solve my nail's problem with the amount I have left! Really disappointing! The problem is probably from the manufacturer and not the reseller. Delivery was fast.

Not ideal because it took 3 weeks to get the products and 2 of the products (crips toast) came all broken. Packing should have done differently. Order missed a product too. I’m happy to pay high shipment cost but I would expect better quality.
