What a nightmare,,

on 15th August quoted:- For the reduced size as below 2.7m x 4m we would be looking at a cost for £6,650.00 plus VAT,

Had appointment to survey but didnt turn up..
then had to wait until sales manager to come back from leave.

Eventually they came to do survey of which there was no problem.

Went to order and they have just put price up to
£11,250.00 in a matter of weeks..

Do not recommend,, have wasted weeks of time on this company..

Ian Hobbs Technical Services installed air conditioning approx 5 years ago in my home workshop. From the initial enquiry, to installation and after sales support, they have been brilliant. I preferred using a local company to one of the larger nationals as help would be close to hand if needed. Thankfully so far, I have not needed to call on their extended support and everything has been working well. The installation was carried out without fuss and to a high standard, by friendly helpful engineers. The yearly services have also been completed to a high standard, with the appointments catered for in a timely manner. They offer a wide range of services not just for home owners, but commercial projects as well. Definitely a company who cares passionately about their work and customers, which will always benefit both parties.
