I bought an item online, was promised an email once my purchase had been dispatched, no email arrived.
The product did, unfortunately, an integral part was missing, a strap.
I raised this concern with ianhodgefieldsports, I asked if the strap was missing, or wasn’t supplied at all. I also explained that my purchase was a present and without the strap, was pretty much useless.
I asked about the returns policy and procedure.
Over a week later, I am still waiting for a reply.
Shocking service, leaving a customer in limbo, with a product they cannot use, have no means of returning and refusing to communicate.
