I ordered Tarte mascara and paid pretty much full price for it, they sent me something called Siimunlette… I have emailed them saying I want a refund as I have not been sent what I ordered and these are fake goods, they said they hadn’t updated the picture on their website of what it actually is , even though I have a screenshot of the order showing Tarte and they can offer me a 10% discount on any future orders which is an absolute joke as I wouldn’t go near them again.. it took weeks and weeks for it to arrive also. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, it’s a scam and fake goods ! - I will be taking them to trading standards

i ordered a product almost a full month ago now with no confirmation email. I have tried contacting the company several time with no avail. I only know it is called ibeautyer due to me paying with klarna!!
