Nearly impossible to reach anyone at this company. Been trying to get some replacement tent poles and so far I've tried calling multiple times with no answer, messaged on WhatsApp for it to not be read even a week later, and out of 3 emails ive sent Ive had one short reply and then radio silence.

Perfectly warm and snug sleeping bag
I purchased a Sprayway Endeavour 350 sleeping bag. Brilliant, thank you sooooo much, Rebecca, for all your help in getting it to us in double quick time. I took it to North Wales and I was as 'snug as a bug in a rug'. The weather was bitterly cold and damp but I was as warm as toast. The only night I woke up cold was because I had forgotten to zip up one side!! As soon as I zipped up I was soon cozy and comfortable. I would give 20 stars if possible.

A Hassle free experience
I gave Ibex Camping a Five Star review because of my experience of placing, and the delivery, undamaged, of my order. Making it a Hassle Free Transaction.
I had purchase a Campingaz straight Glass globe. When it arrived, I found that the glass globe was protected first of all by a double walled cardboard box, when I opened this box. I found the box that Campingaz pack them in at there factory, had, had bubble wrap, wrapped around it.
Then it had been placed in the double wall cardboard box, so the Glass globe was Very Well Protected.
A completely different experience from a few years ago when I ordered one from a Different Company, and it got broken in the postal system, because of the lack of protective packaging.
Then I had the hassle of getting it replaced, and that is the reason why I did not order from that company again.

Bought tent carpet from them for…
Bought tent carpet from them for 75pound on amazon. After couple days they cancel order without any reason. Refund money And raise up the price for the same carpet up to 89 pounds. Still was available to buy . What they done its very weak and greedy.
Never bay anymore nothing from them.

We have also checked the listing for the Carpet and it is another seller on the platform that has the carpet listed at a higher price. This will be automatically shown as the next available option as we are out of stock.

Good customer service
I ordered a small replacement part via the website on Bank Holiday Monday, but realised there was an error with delivery charges on the site and sent a follow-up email. Unfortunately this email wasn't read until after the order was processed. A couple of phone calls with Rebecca saw the problem sorted and the part was despatched and received within two days as promised.
It would have been easy to ignore the problem as it was for such a small order and entailed a reasonable amout of time but Rebecca dealt with it well and with courtesy. A satisfied customer and hopefully a fixed website. :)

Amazing family business.
This company was amazing. After discovering a snapped pole from our previous camping trip and only having 2 weeks before going on our next trip, they were able to available for me to visit them replace my broken section of pole and even though they are not set up as a shop I was able to purchase, some extra bits for our next trip and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my camping equipment. Can not rate their helpfulness, communication and friendliness.

I tried to contact them by email as I wanted to know when a tent would be back in stock - after 4 days I had not heard anything so I tried calling the landline number they have on their website. Nobody answered the phone. I then sent a text message to the mobile number that the website suggests to contact. Still no response. Very disappointing - particularly as this is a small, independent business. Needless to say, I went elsewhere!

Just Neede Some Elsan.
We were getting low on Elsan green and we were nearby, so popped in. Met Ian and Rebecca, lovely friendly couple. I paid a great price for my fluid by card. Shop is a little awkward to find , it's on the opposite side of Co-op's car park, through a small alley and at the end after all the greenhouses and garden cabins. A great experience, served by professional people who care about customer service. Well done and many thanks.

Excellent customer service
My order was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Rebecca who was extremely pleasant and helpful. It is refreshing to be able to speak to someone especially if you have questions, as I did, without having to select options or be placed in a queue! Altogether a very positive experience and would definitely use IBEX Camping again and recommend to others.

Truly EXCEPTIONAL service!
I am not one for writing reviews but the service provided by the team at IBEX Camping was exceptional and fabulous value too!!
My family were camping in Wales and there was a part missing from a Coleman fast pitch event shelter when we arrived on the Friday, I called IBEX to see if they could help very late in the day and they pulled out all the stops to get and overnight delivery sorted. I can’t thank the team enough, they saved the holiday. Part arrived Saturday lunchtime for a fraction of the price of a new shelter. Would 100% recommend and used again!

Website misleading.
I purchased a campinggaz Camping Kitchen 2. The pictures on the website implies it comes with the hose and regulator. It does not and you need to buy it separately. The text that accompanies the pictures does not say the hose and regulator are not included. Disappointing and misleading.
