iCarhireinsurance App does not recognise my e-mail address.
I have the App on my phone. I could not access the App services as it 'did not recognise my e-mail address'. I used 'Help' option; advised uninstall the App, and then re-load. I went through this process, and still the newly installed App 'did NOT recognise my e-mail address'. Again I used the 'Help' option; acknowledged my e-mail as dictated was the same as your record. I am awaiting resolution of this problem; still not functioning 05/03/2026.
