I purchased a Bluetook kit for my 2005 Mini Coopeer. They sent the wrong cable, promised to send the correct one, never did, and now wont respond to email or calls. Stay away from this company.

Bought a bluetooth kit for my 2020 Mazda, kit worked as advertised. Robbie was my salesman, he was kind enough to offer a discount on the order without me even asking! Took $28 off my order, also, I paid $5 for shipping (10-14 days), it shipped next day, got a tracking number, arrived the day after! My understanding is that they are now under new management. I rate A+++++.

Kits do not fully work as promised. Service is horrible and so is tech support. Trying to Return items is even more of a nightmare. after proving to them that they recieved the item back by the package trtacking number i still had to call to get money back.

This was probably my single best ecommerce experience. I do not order much online ever since I got burned on ebay a few times and then when I wanted to connect my ipod to my car it forced me to order online because they are specialty products not in local stores or anywhere else but the internet.... I talked to a lot of places and this was the best hands down - then I had no problem with my order after that, the product shipped free and got there two days EARLY.
