If you make a mistake, you pay and you get nothing
I ordered a ring during Black Friday. The reception was done a few days later. I regret not having had a tracking of the package, the GLS carrier is not the most reliable in the field.
Unfortunately the ring was not the right size for me, wishing to make a standard exchange, I contacted the customer service who told me that it could not be done. So I sent the ring back at my own expense and now I'm waiting for my refund.
Ice doesn't offer like many brands, free fictitious rings to try on (because yes you need the rings + shipping costs).
I'm disappointed with this experience.

Cognisant of the health monitoring limitations we are impressed with its accuracy. The Systolic is a consistent 10mg high against an upper arm cuff; the Diastolic is accurate.
The printed instructions are pretty basic as is direct watch operation. You control more functions, such as GPS tracking, though the App.
More comprehensive instructions may be found in the App, but you do have to look at each icon and then the sub menus.
