The service was excellent but…
The service was excellent but unfortunatey I
Received euros instead of GB currency i needed. However it was my mistake as I didn’t realise ICE only dealt with foreign currency.
I returned the Eros for refund but lost money because of the exchange rate

At the moment, due to Coronavirus, Royal Mail are currently minimising contact during delivery. They are not handing over the hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead ensuring there is somebody at the address and logging the name of the person accepting the item.
I have checked the Royal Mail tracking and can see that your order has been delivered.
