This is a red flag for IcFunded because so much financial and sensitive data is stored in the account, and protecting it with just a password is very negligent on their part. I contacted them about this, and they replied, "We are working on that, and hopefully, it will be implemented this year." This response, based on "hope," leaves room for doubt as to whether they are doing this in purpose
As traders, we put a lot of effort into our accounts, . At the very least, implementing basic security measures should be the least a company can do for their clients.

We offer three different trading platforms for our evaluations, each of which allows you to enable 2FA within its respective settings.
Unlike traditional brokers or Crypto exchanges, we do not hold clients' funds. When you purchase an evaluation, all payment details, including card information, are securely encrypted and stored by our payment providers such as PayPal, Coinify, and VISA/Mastercard, etc... not by us.
If you reach the Funded Phase, you must sign a contractual agreement before completing the KYC process.
Payments are made directly to you by the firm; we do not hold your funds, and no one else can access them, as they are directly credited to you.
We also tried to find the conversation you had with any of our agents however we can not allocated any interaction with our team, if you can please contact us with the reference #77324, we will be more than happy to clarify any missunderstanding.

from Malaysia, disappointed with the payment. not user friendly. very slow and not responsive with DuitNow and Crypto. Crypto only Tron network.
Cant comment on service, havent use but was very excited until the payment. Hope to see improvements. but IC Markets and IC Funded are reputable brokers. I trust them. If you are not from Malaysia, give it a shot.

IC Funded works on IC Markets server and their support is good
since the trades are on the IC Markets raw demo server (challenge and funded), the quotes are reliable.
IC Markets is one of the good brokers.
the rules basically are more or less the same with other meme prop firms;
in case they are the 'prop firms' not a funding firm as no real money are traded; everything work on the demos.
they lack of the communication channels with their traders;
they do have a community platform, but as they say they are a separate entity, IC Funded and the community don't sync.
for example when IC Funded changed the rules to the trailing drawdown, they did update their web and rules file, but no announcement on the community platform (not discord);
when a member asked about the 1% risk rule on the community platform, nobody could explain, but IC Funded do punish they who breach.
so, many traders are potentially not aware if there are changes in the rules or TC.
the support on their web and email are good and reliable;
not like our email gets the response in 30 mins, but they respond eventually.
waiting for the all these concern changes :
that they have their own moderated discord so they can read the feedback from the traders, and also send the messages directly and timely;
waiting for IC Funded transform from the 'prop' to the A book funding firm with real money;
waiting for they have a scaling up plan.
waiting for they have a simple rules and put them all on one file so no hidden trap (like consistency rule, 1% rule, etc).
in that way, the traders know that they work together with IC Funded to make real money from the market instead of trying make money by betting against IC Funded.
i hope i can write another when the progress goes to the condition that IC Funded works like a funding firm.
i like IC Funded because they are backed by IC Markets. i've been with them since April 2024.

i am funded with them last 6 month .and continuous profit with them but last time they breached my account that you dont follow the 1 % rule.and they breached my account.every company give minimum 2 chances my pay0ut was 3102.and they just collect the fees from traders and run away soon.when you not pass in phase 1 and 2 then not asked why yoy dont passed when you take profit then every rule apply.trading behavior and etc .they are scaming please stay away thanks

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the six months you traded with us and the payouts you successfully received during that time. However, we find it unfair that a bad review was left only after your account was breached due to a clear violation of the 1% risk rule.
Being subject to the 1% risk rule indicates that you have already received a warning from our risk management team regarding the use of a risky strategy. We believe that issuing a warning provides sufficient notice to address and adjust trading behavior, ensuring the protection of our risk exposure.
These rules are not arbitrary; they are essential to maintaining fairness and compliance across all accounts. It’s important to note that traders are responsible for adhering to these guidelines, especially after a warning has been issued.
Deceptive behavior
This review is rather to warn other's about the way IC Funded deals with their client base. I had one account with them and with couple payouts but my recent was rejected due to their "forbidden" trading practice but when I seek further information from them they have refused to provide any additional information and I emailed them on the 17th of December and since I have never received any kind of response and I don't think I will get a closure on my case they will reply with same generic response based on their terms and conditions. I have seen and heard a lot of positive things about ICMarket and I assumed that this level of quality will be replicated on their prop trading business sides but that couldn't be more further from the truth.

All in all I like this propfirm, I didn't face problems with spreads support is doing a great job. But there was one thing, that I didn't like and because of it I took 1 star off. When I was on phase 2 support told me, that I would get my payout almost instantly, but actually you will wait for 24-48 working hours and I waited for 7 days (mostly because of holidays) , also in my opinion If there will be delay in payouts would be better to send an email about that to all your clients. But as I said, I like this propfirm and I
definitely will continue to trade in this propfirm.

I bought 2 accounts of $50,000. I was lucky to pass the funding round for the second account.
The KYC process went normally, but IC announced an apology and did not provide a direct account.
I asked for the reason but only received a sincere apology from the IC floor.
They only asked me to process the information that I had refunded the purchase of 1 account.
After a lot of negotiation via email, ICFunded agreed to refund the purchase of 2 accounts.
However, the refund process was not carried out immediately, I had to continuously request by email. ICFunded refunded nearly 2 months later, but only refunded the purchase of 1 account.
There are 2 issues that I think make ICFunded unreliable, almost scamming traders:
1. Not providing live accounts when traders pass the challenge period.
2. Agreed to refund for buying 2 accounts but did not do it fully. Tried to delay for 2 months for the half refund process.
If you are a trader preparing to participate, you should refer to my case to make sure you are not like me: losing both time and money because of ICFunded's confusion

Unfortunately, your account didn’t pass our KYC screening, which is a non negotiable step in order to maintaining a safe and compliant environment for all our clients. Even so, we made an exception by refunding your evaluation fee something we are not obligated to do under our policy.
However, requesting a refund for an evaluation that was not successfully completed goes beyond the goodwill we extended.

Not a good prop firm, their 8% maximum draw down is based on trailing balance, for example if you buy a 100k account and make a profit of 6k and your balance goes back 97k you loss your challenge.

Only good thing are spreads
Spreads are better than almost all propfirms but that’s about all they’re great for
Slippage is ridiculous almost every trade slips.
I even had had a buy LIMIT execute above limit price. Commissions are extremely heavy so doesn’t accommodate lower time frame trading. Honestly just a BTEC 5ers but I chose icfunded due to 5ers randomly leverage restricting you for passing their accounts

I completely agree with one of the guys here who complained about slippage. Many of the good reviews are because people are associating IC Funded with IC Markets. They are two different companies. As IC Markets has flawless price action and execution, i found it completely different when it came to IC Funded. The slippage is beyond normal. I was slipped 4 pips during a quiet london session with no news events in sight. IC Funded also reduced their daily and maximum drawdown for the 100k and above evaluations to 4% daily 8% max drawdown from 5% and 10% respectively.
Many of us came here very excited due to the association of IC Markets but the trading conditions are completely different. Please IC Funded, you need to remove whatever plugin you installed to manipulate slippage. 1 or 2 pips during volatile markets would make sense but 4 pips during a slow session is extreme. What's funny is i previously had 2 25k accounts with them before and execution was perfect with MT5. My new 50k account using MT4 is the one that is a disaster.
You can do better, please fix this. Thank you

Slippage occurs due to a variety of factors. For example, during high-volatility periods, market prices can change rapidly, causing execution prices to differ from expected ones. Additionally, factors like internet connection stability, latency from your trading terminal to the server, and order processing time also play a role.
For your reference, IC Funded's server time and charts operate on GMT+2 (or GMT+3 during daylight savings). Trading hours for all currency pairs are from 00:01 to 23:59 server time daily (23:57 on Fridays), and for Gold, from 01:02 to 23:57 server time. We mention this because we observed that you have been trading a highly volatile metal during periods of significant market activity. While a slippage of 4 pips is not ideal, it is not uncommon, particularly on positions of 250 ounces like those you have been trading.
You also noted that in your previous evaluations, your executions were more favorable. However, it’s important to keep in mind that markets are highly dynamic, with liquidity and volatility capable of fluctuating significantly from one day to the next.
Our evaluations are designed to replicate real market conditions as closely as possible, and we ensure that prices are streamed equally to all our traders.
Finally, please note that the changes to the daily drawdown (reduced to 4%) and maximum drawdown (reduced to 8%) for evaluations of $100k and above apply only to new evaluations. Existing evaluations remain unchanged.
