Outrageous Breach of Mortgage Agreement
We had made arrangements to port our mortgage to a new property, a process that we were assured would be straightforward. However ICICI deliberately sabotaged our efforts to port our mortgage to a new property, causing significant stress and financial instability.
We followed every instruction, submitted every required document, and trusted the bank’s assurances that porting our mortgage would be a smooth and straightforward process. Instead, we were met with a series of unexplained delays, contradictory information, and outright obstruction from the bank. It quickly became clear that ICICI had no intention of fulfilling its obligations under our agreement, and their actions seemed designed to make the process as difficult as possible.
Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issues and escalate the matter, the bank’s customer service was nothing short of appalling. It became evident that the bank was intentionally stalling, if not outright sabotaging, the porting process to avoid honoring their commitment to us.
This blatant disregard for their legal and contractual obligations is unforgivable. We trusted ICICI to act in good faith, but they have proven themselves to be unreliable, deceitful, and entirely unfit to handle their customers’ financial needs. By going on social media I will be taking immediate actions to ensure that no one else is subjected to the same mistreatment.
