extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the printer and the services

I purchased and received the printer on 2/4/2026 and, starting the day after I received it, I spent an entire week working on a project that required white ink printing. I used up the entire white toner cartridge that came with the printer while struggling to achieve the print quality I needed. During that time, I contacted your support team for assistance, but I did not receive any meaningful help.

Both the support and sales teams consistently responded that they could not guarantee the results because I was not using paper provided by your company, which was not helpful at all.

I then ordered two additional white toner cartridges for replacement and received them today. However, after installing both new cartridges, the printer failed to recognize them and displayed a “replacement required” message. The print quality continues to be extremely poor. I contacted your support team again, only to receive an irrelevant response asking me to check whether the toner cartridge was installed in the correct slot.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the printer and the toner performance. If anyone is considering purchasing this printer, I feel it is important to share my experience regarding the product quality and the level of customer service I have received.

Two Failed Uninet DTF Printers

Two Failed Uninet DTF Printers – No Accountability, Just Blame

I’ve had two Uninet DTF printers fail in less than a year. The first had leaking ink lines and was confirmed defective. The second shut down completely after I followed Uninet’s own maintenance steps. Their support was initially helpful, but when the printer stopped powering on, they claimed user error and refused to cover repair or replacement.

I’ve since learned this white ink issue is common, and Uninet seems to know it — yet they continue to pass blame and push costs onto their customers. I now have two broken printers, no working solution, and a huge business disruption.

If you're a small business owner looking for reliable support and durable equipment, I recommend looking elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY HERE

Awful company that relies on its return policy to scam customers. Their customer service is a joke and refuse to speak on the phone, instead opting to abuse the time it takes to respond and replying with single line emails. I purchased a white toner printer and the toner LEAKS despite multiple replacements. Their salesmen are also a joke that refuse to take responsibility for their faulty products and instead do their damndest to place the blame on the customer. Awful company.

What tech support.

No one from tech support was still able to help me when I was if it was a bad head or things to look for. It's sad that you pay $5000 for a converted printer and can barely get any tech support assistance and none on the phone. By time someone replies, my printer is clogged.

Even from the start when I bought my machine. I was sent the wrong master class and they refused to send me the correct one because I had opened the one I was sent.

A great disappointment for a lot of money

Prior to purchase expressly asked about compatibility with certain transfer paper. Despite an unequivocal promise on their part, the printer turned out to be incompatible. Uninet iColor then refuses any attempt to reach a solution. Uninet iColor continues to insist that the printer is compatible despite many complaints from users on Facebook and despite hands-on videos with proof that I have sent. In addition, the built-in image drums of the toner toner cartridges wear out before the toner is even half empty. This does not happen sporadically but continuously. All in all a great disappointment for a lot of money. And sad that such a large company is walking away from its responsibility.
