Nice car but was always going to be at very top of price point for the year/model
Would be even nicer for the obvious faults to be pointed out such as dent in bonnet, noisy bearing or doesn’t start in P (Auto). I realise that we can go to viewing but was really too far.
I appreciate that these particular Auctions are run really well and this is why people tend to trust them more with higher prices realised than other more basic auction sites.
Would use again but would would inspect if spending more money than I did this time

After trying to sell my MGA for a year I turned to Richard at Iconic for help. He was extremely professional in his dealings with me, arranging excellent photos and securing a great show position for the car at Silverstone. When bidding for the car commenced the auctioneer kept going achieving a price significantly above the top estimate. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received from Richard and the Iconic team and would not hesitate to use them again.

Richard Greenhalgh helped me with the sale of my car at the Silverstone Classic and I have to say I was most impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the classic market. A really interesting chap who made the process easy and constantly kept me informed of the interest my car was achieving. He guided the car well and Iconic returned exactly what he thought. Over all very happy. Everyone I dealt with were lovely and super helpful.

I recently utilized Iconic Auctioneers to sell my late fathers 1958 Classic Car at Silverstone Classic Car Auction. he had owned it for close to 60 years and it held massive sentimental attachment for me. I dealt with Charles Smalley as direct contact and he supported me throughout the whole process start to finish. The payment structure was very clear and included a number of aspects that other auction houses charge for. We discussed possible value, and they achieved in excess of that figure.
I could not be happier with the whole process, the communication was exceptional, and I learnt more about the car as we progressed towards the auction itself. It was a truly emotional journey for me personally and I am delighted to say how easy the process was right up an including the final monies paid to my account.

Excellent service from start to finish on the sale of my vehicle!

Ive modified my review as despite encountering a highly unusual and difficult post auction situation with inconsistencies of engine and chassis numbers vs DVLA records, that Iconic Auctioneers were very professional in bringing the situation to a reasonable conclusion for all parties involved.

Charles Smalley was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Iconic went above and beyond to sell my item. Incredibly professional. Would highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, meticulous and professional, a great help and efficient from start to finish. My motorbikes were researched thoroughly and existing provenance added to constructively and realistically. Iconics were helpful and constructive throughout and made the auction experience pleasurable.

Excellent organisation, all staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. There was a really great atmosphere and the auctioneer was great. He set a good pace, gave people time to consider and had good humour throughout. The events manager ( sorry did not get her name) was also extremely helpful to us through the two days, we would highly recommend this event
