0rdered a track suit it never arrived.Lots of emails with Lisa promising to send the item out still never received .This company is a big big scam take your money and you never get your goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Utter scam. Many emails about delays in my order. My order has been shipped, with a tracking URL that was dead. They did not respond to emails. I should have known as the website had no phone number.
Avoid at all costs.

Do not order of this company, you will never receive the goods, their customer service phone number does not connect, saying number unavailable. When you email you are sent same reply we have no tracking for this order, this company is a scam please do not waste your time or money

Scam, ordered my coat on 24th December 2025, I got email saying that it was on its way. Never received after four emails, Keep away from these.

SCAM- contact form & email don't go anywhere.
Phone number is 24/7 constantly 'temporarily unavailable'

Disgusting. Coat ordered in November, still not received. Chased shortly after the order and got one email response saying delivery was delayed. Since then? Nothing. No coat, no reply, no acknowledgement to a formal complaint. Am now going through the bank to try and get my money back. Please avoid at all costs (excuse the pun!) don’t waste your time or money!

I ordered a Hugo Boss sweater from the website which I believed to be UK based. On confirmation of my order I was told delivery between 9- 18 days ( So obviously coming from Abroad)
On receiving my order it was blatantly counterfiet, after contacting the website I was told a refund would be given on proof of postage back to them in....Brazil.
The cost of return would be more than half the price of the garment.
Fortunately after contacting Paypal they refunded my outlay.

Scam , my order never arrived and nobody want to answer

Ordered a jacket 2nd December. Email on 10th to say it was still on the way. Tracking says it has been shipped. No responses received when tracking. I had to speak to my bank to get my money back. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered but seems a definite scam!

Fake fake absolutely crap do not buy from icon London 01 if I was to send it back to Brazil it would cost me £16.45 please do not buy from this seller

Ordered a coat in October. Email confirmation & tracking provided but useless as went nowhere. Had email to say coat was delivered on 14th November but nothing received. Messaged to ask for proof of delivery followed by 10+ further emails. Still haven't had a single reply. Definite SCAM.

I placed an order on 21st November 2025. Instead of receiving what I paid for, I received a discount card written in French, which was not what I ordered.
I emailed customer support and only received a generic response saying they were “investigating.” I explained that the item was for a special occasion and asked them to resend the order. They claimed they did, but the tracking never worked and nothing arrived.
In the end, I had to contact my bank to get a refund.
Don’t make the same mistake I did. This company is fraudulent.

Ordered a coat for my husband. Received an email to apologise and inform me it's delayed but still on the way. Since then, there has been no updates. Have contacted the company multiple times with no response. Absolute frauds and will be contacting my bank. Don't know how these people sleep at night. But I believe in justice and they will get their just desserts at some point.

Ordered the Thomas coat for my son for Christmas, only received one email apologising for the delay and to click tracking link, no link.
Emailed and no response.
Now with my bank to chase and received my refund from my bank after reading these reviews.
Gutted, loved the look of the coat.
And on their website today it still says if you order they can deliver tomorrow ...... BEWARE OBVIOUSLY A SCAM again via Facebook......

Please, for your own benefit, do not use them at all or make any purchases as it’s practically a scam. I ordered a jumper which I saw on an instagram ad on December 1st and have not received any information as to its whereabouts despite emailing them continuously.
The tracking they provide is useless.

Absolute scam….. website looked genuine through website they even sent an email with tracking which actually leads no where.

Sent 8 emails no reply.

Absolute scammers.

Beware lost £60.
