Felt we dealt with a junior solicitor that did not have enough experience to deal with our matter. The consultation also stated 10 min late, which made me initially feel it was a scam and money lost. My partner would ask a question and the solicitor would give a short version or at one time a simple no it cannot be dine, but because I did a lot of research on gov.uk I would mention what I have read, he would only then agreed with me and elaborated exactly as to what I have read myself. If I did not do the research we would have been in the dark.

I would be very anxious if I had to take them on to actually apply for something on my behalf. Which is sad because the money you have to pay is not a quality of service you would expect.
