By far the worse customer service I have had for a long, time? Ordered a re-con epos system from them, which turned up in a few days on a Monday great, apart from missing a till draw and barcode scanner, shop was due to open the coming Saturday, so the need for the scanner and drawer was very important, I called every day, they promised to call back and never did, had to chase and chase lucky the scanner turned up on the Friday (after much chasing) so I could add the 1000's of stock lines, the till drawer however didn't turn up in time, the following week the drawer arrived, but there is a fault with the receipt printer so the drawer will not work, I AM STILL WAITING FOR A NEW PRINTER 2 WEEKS LATER! My business will probably need more epos systems as we grow, unless they buck their ideas up very soon, I will not be giving them any more of my business TERRIBLE !!

Did have a few problems at first but they were very helpful & fixed the problems quickly.
