Very supportive
Ideal schools have been fantastic from enrollment and the receiving of my packs, to the completion of part of the course I am studying.
I have had great communication from all the team advising of processes and ordering exams as well as timely marked assignments, with fantastic tutoring and guidance from Brian and Scot. They have been friendly, supportive, patient and clear when I just can't seem to get my head around something.
There is an easy to follow online dashboard, with templates and videos with all my course information available at all times. The course binders are also well sectioned and loads of practice assignments and mock exams to ensure I have properly retained the information.
I have completed my first certificate and still have 2 more certificates to complete, but would definitely use Ideal Schools for any further study I wish to pursue in the future and would absolutely recommend them to someone else considering furthering their education!

During the course, everything was just perfect: support from the tutors, quick responses to organizational questions, and timely delivery of materials. Great online Bookkeeping/Accounting course
Ideal schools were extremely supportive throughout my learning journey, studying ICB Levels 2 & 3 Bookkeeping and Accounting. Online videos in conjunction with the written syllabus were helpful, providing illustrative content, making the course easier to understand and offering a welcome variation.
The team were quick to respond with questions on assignments and exams, giving patient and constructive feedback where required. This was particularly important for those times, when I hadn't quite grasped the content. Although time consuming, the number of mock exams at the end of each course module ensured that you knew the content well and you passed the exam every time
Studying online can be challenging and requires self motivation and discipline. This is made far easier when you have access to a team like Ideal Schools to take you through it.

Picked Ideal Schools after finding them via the ICB website. Couldn't be happier. Cost of the courses, booked levels 2 and 3 bookkeeping as a package. Price was extremely competitive. Course work is well presented with online videos to go alongside and reinforce learning. Online welcome meeting for new students really helps with not feeling isolated with your learning. Useful FB group so you can ask other students for help and advice. All the team at Ideal are so nice to deal with, friendly and supportive. Invaluable pep talk from Sheila after failing an exam, gave me so much more confidence for the retake which I passed fine. Assignments and mocks are always marked really promptly with excellent, helpful feedback. I would definitely recommend Ideal for home study.
