This baking mat is non-sticke and useful but it stains over time and isn't that easy to clean. Delivery was delayed

They offer various product and I always find something useful. Good prices and love the free gifts that sometimes come along with the order.

Ideoon before Pearl is taking its Swiss customers for dummies. they advertise FREE POSTAGE but are charging a fee of CHF 6.95 if your order is below CHF 50.--. Is this legal? On top of it they are using very thin hard paper box so it arrives with sides broken.

This is an online scam website. My order which was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 days has not been delivered in a week, and this is their response, no sympathy, no sense of responsibility. AVOID!
"Your order has been processed and will be handed over to the post service within 1-2 working days.

We unfortunately have no control over the transit time of your parcel. As a rule, postal packages are delivered within 1-5 working days.

Thank you for your understanding"

I placed an order on August 24th, and it was supposed to be shipped within 1–2 days. It’s now August 29th, and I still haven’t received my order. I have received absolutely no information about it, and customer service has been completely unprofessional. If you don’t mind waiting indefinitely, you can try ordering from them, but I wouldn’t recommend it :)

They don’t reply to mails and do not deliver on promised dates.

A product arrived broken and none of their contact emails work to return or refund. Will never use again.

Nice!!!!!!!!

We ordered an air conditioner with promised delivery within 1-2 weeks, as we are expecting a baby and needed it urgently.

After 2 weeks without any update, we reached out via email and was told there was a one-week delay. After another week with no delivery or update from Ideoon we contacted them again (this time via phone and email) and were told "this product is still sold out everywhere so we won't be able to send until earliest in 10 days".

Extremely unprofessional to sell a product that isn't actually in stock. Had we known this, we would have chosen a different product or distributor who could deliver as promised. Very disappointing experience.
