I sold a diamond solitaire ring on Feb 10th 2020. The company collects money from buyers immediately and claims sellers will receive payment on the 15th day of the month after sale. I should have had a check issued March 15th according to their contract. I emailed the company on March 22nd and they said they were behind on processing checks due to Covid 19. It is now April 15th and I still have not received payment from I Do Now I Don't. I wish I would have read the BBB reviews before using this company to sell my ring because many people have experienced not receiving payment, even before Covid 19.

This company needs to be investigated. Purchasers love it. Sellers get zip. Where are the funds for sellers? Is this not theft?

This business is a scam. I sold a ring for $2000 in December 2019, the buyer paid for and received the ring in January 2020. I was told by a company rep that I would receive payment in February, but now in April, I have yet to see a check. I have reached out to them numerous times with no response. I have also reported them to the BBB where they have a D- rating. Many complaints have been filed there from sellers like myself who didn't get payments for their items. I am now forced to get my lawyer involved and, in the meantime, I will warn as many people as possible from doing business with this company. Check the BBB if you're still thinking about working with IDNID!

Sellers beware. I am owed $2200 for 3 different sales I have made on I do now I don’t. They have lead me on with excuse after excuse for 3 months and I still have not received one check. This is a scam company and I will be reporting them to the fbi. DO NOT LIST YOUR JEWELRY ON THIS SITE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Sellers beware! My listed item sold on December 31, 2019, and my payment is now 6 weeks overdue. Repeated emails to the company have netted little result -- not even a good excuse ("payments are late because we're behind" is not an explanation). If the buyer paid December 31st, and I get 80% of that amount, there should not be a problem paying that out while keeping their fee. What this means is that they're using MY MONEY to keep their presumably failing business afloat. Not at all OK. My business has been forced to close due to COVID-19, so I now have no income whatsoever. That $800 would have paid my rent for a month. Now what am I supposed to do?

I love the ring! I received all of the paperwork with it. It has been a great experience!
Every question we asked was promptly answered, the whole transaction was handled courteously and with great professionalism!

Should be zero stars. Have waited 3 months for payment. They keep making excuses. Sellers Beware! What a scam.

Cannot recommend using this site as a seller. My rings sold in October 2019, but after months of emails and making a Better Business Bureau complaint, I finally received a check on March 16, 2020. Besides holding my payment for months, the company also had very poor communication. I had to reach out in order to get confirmation they had received my ring set after I shipped it to them, and only found out their verification process was completed because the buyer sent me a message letting me know they had received the rings.

I sold my ring in August 2019 and still haven't gotten paid. Every time I follow up they tell me that I can expect a check next month. It never comes. I filed a complaint with the BBB a month ago, and the company hasn't responded. I have basically no recourse. Do yourself a favor, just use your local jewelry dealer. Not only will you get paid, you'll probably get more money. I Do Now I Don't takes a huge commission, which you wouldn't pay if you used a local dealer. Read the fine print and steer clear of I Do Now I Don't. Any positive reviews from sellers are probably falsified.

If you are a buyer this site is great. If you are a seller this site is atrocious. They have mismanaged their cash flow so poorly that they have no money to pay sellers. I sold my ring in Oct. 2019 and finally had to take stock in Feb. 2020 to get paid. This company lied to me (I can prove that accusation) and didn't live up to their own payment plan (I can prove that accusation as well). I would not use this company.

I sold my ring October 2019. I was told I would receive a check by December 15th, 2019. I have emailed and emailed and emailed trying to get my payment. It is now February 2020, and they have stopped returning my emails. All I want is my money for my ring.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sold them my ring for $3300. I sent the ring to them. They confirmed receipt. 7 days after they were supposed to pay me I asked where my money is. They said they are backlogged. 2 weeks later still no payment.

Same as the other sellers, I have over $6,000 past due for nearly 2 months. I cannot get any sensible answers, just nonsense. If anyone has hired a small claims attorney in NYC, please let me know. I will use the same one.

I stumbled up This site searching for a nice upgrade ring for my wife’s birthday. The experience had been nothing short of phenomenal! I found a great ring at half of the price it currently is at a major retailer and the customer service is amazing. You send them an email, and they respond back immediately. I would recommend Idonowidont in a heartbeat.

If I could give this company a less than zero rating I would. The problem as evident by previous reviews is fir the seller and not receiving payment.
I like many others sold my ring through them in Oct 2019 and gave yet to receive my money and it's near end of Jan. Multiple emails sent , always same excuse! They are back logged, be patient.
NOOOO, I'm done ! The buyer has her ring set, IDNID has their money but we the sellers are screwed!!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and looking into formal legal action.

As with many of the other reviewers, I too have not received payment for a Princess Cut Tiffany setting ring. I mailed the ring in the end of September 2019 at which time I was informed that my ring had sold.I continually had to email them to make sure they received the ring, that the ring was sent out to be authenticated, that the ring passed and the sale was finalized. I have sent numerous emails inquiring as to when I am going to receive payment. I was supposed to be payed November 15, 2019 and as of today January 19, 2020 I have yet to receive a check. Each time I email them I am given the same excuse of them being backlogged and for me to be patient. The buyer has the ring, I Do Now I Don't /Delgatto have their money yet, I the seller, have nothing. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have just filed a complaint with the BBB and am looking into my legal options. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Here is an update. This was their response to my complaint with the BBB - Keep in mind this generic response took 16 days!!!!

I was very happy with my purchases. The communication with the seller is easy, and the customer service is very helpful and fast! I love how they authenticate your purchased items for you before they ship them to you. This process does take a little while for the products to come to your home, but there is expedite shipping with a fee for those in hurry. I look forward to purchase more items from here!
