Order a candle holder form them early January we are now june and yet to receive it. Each time i e-mail them i get one of the 3 same copy and paste email i received before. They keep saying it is their busy season, or that they mailed it and use the same mailing service as usual, which they claim is successful and hope i will receive it soon. Or that they sorry for delay and will look into and get back to me, which they never do. It is like i am emailing a computer and not a person as it is always the same response. They use to have a number and removed it from their website so i cant even speak to a real person. The tracking number they gave me, says package was sent back to them on top of it all and they still claiming it is in the mail.

I ordered a candle holder back in early February 2020 and it is now April 2020 and I have still not received it. Every time I email them they reply with a bogus tracking number that ends once it gets from China to Canada which says it arrived at Canadian customs 2-20-2020, but nothing after that. I've asked for a refund and they keep stalling and trying to keep sending me the same faulty tracking information.

Hi there! Haven't bought a dress, but I know for a fact the images are from other companies online and they are making imitation designer gowns, so I wouldn't touch their products! Was so excited to see the tea length gown I liked from a british designer and for a great price, but when I saw they custom make them... no guarantee it would look anything like the picture!

Found this site when I searched “ball dresses nz” on google. The site looked fine and prices were reasonable with ranges of different dresses. However I had my doubts when I started asking around and no one has heard of this company. I placed an order regardless because I found a ball dress to my liking - it was around $200. About 2 weeks later I started to worry because the process was taking too long and the event I was attending was due. I paid an additional rush order service in hopes it will come on time. Whenever I contact them they would reply within 1-3 days. Customer service was reasonable. It was around 1 week before my event and I really started to panick. I researched about this company a little more and found out they were listed as a “scam company” on many different review websites. I found more detailed reviews of this company and did not find anything of good news. I was literally panicking as of then and was expecting that I was just going to waste a potential of $300 with no ball dress ready for my event.
Then, my dress came, on the day of my event. Before opening the package I was praying that it won’t appear as a poorly made product as many have stated in reviews as a consequence of purchasing from iDress. THANK GOD, my dress was fine. Size was a complete fit, dress was made of quality, was what I expected it and looked like the photo on the website. I guess I was just one lucky customer who didn’t get scammed from them.

I purchased a tea length custom dress and sent in more measurements than they even asked for. The dress came in and every measurement was "off"....even the length. How do you mess that one up? I wrote to them immediately about my problem and explained that the dress is "unwearable" and they said that the measurements were exact. It was a no-win situation. Many hours and dollars wasted on trying to get some satisfaction.

They try to make you believe they are from NZ but they are in China.
I highly recommend that you stay away from them. I even offered that if they fixed my original problem and got the first dress right and I was convinced they could provide a garment that fit, I would order more. They went radio silence.....they would rather take the money and run. I highly recommend you find another custom house....I will.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company, they are a scam. I ordered a ball dress for my daughter and I was sent a dress the wrong colour and way too small, I too had issues regarding the length of the train, they tried to tell me later that I had to pay another 50USD for the alteration of the train. This is something that they do not advertise nor advise you of at the time of your purchase. IDress will not give me a return address and changed their returns policy after I have contacted Consumer NZ regarding the honouring of their own policy. I have been advised to go to small claims court regarding my purchase. Despite a NZ website address, they are from China, sadly, as I thought I was buying through a trusted NZ company. IDress is dishonest, difficult and a have! DO NOT be fooled by the glitzy dresses that they advertise, you will only be sorely out of pocket and frustrated. To give 1 star which represents Bad-unacceptable and unreasonable experience is an understatement. See you in court IDress!!!

Buyer Beware

Dress arrived and was different than the photo and seemed to made from some very cheap material and the dress has a chain at the back and when it arrived the dress chain was so long and nothing like the photos and this is supposed to be a Ball Dress
now they wont reply to me and looks like we have just lost out of hundreds of dollars
